Would it be possible for unenhanced beings to fire heavy weapons while moving, such as a guard grabbing an autocanonn and firing while walking? Also what are the limits on farseer's abilities? Are they like twin oracles?

It is indeed possible, but usually the guys who can pull this off tend to be near the size of Space marines in the first place due to sheer muscle mass. Or they have a reductor harness or reducer gloves enabling the gunner to be able to move and fire. But typically this does result in a reduction of range.
Not only that, but most of these belong either to specialist units in 40k, or they are an item that characters can buy in something like Inquisitor or Dark Heresy.
I'll be damned before the soldiers of the Emperor are just left to rot!

If it doesn't work with the Emperor. Then it's been officially Karmooned!!!

I'm sure there's buff dudes in the future who could pull it off. its a big galaxy. as long as you can justify it. now firing the gun accurately... idk. maybe in game terms drop their BS by 1?

It is possible, but for most humans a heavy stubber would be about the heaviest we could take. The M249 SAW and RPK-74 are good analogies to this. Heavy bolters/Missile Launchers/Lasccanons/Mortars are like RPG's and M60's. They can work with one person, but it is mroe efficient with two.

As mentioned above, i can see no reason why not- it'd just depend on the weapon in question.

I'd guess it depends on the heavy weapon in question..
An autocannon is -bigger- than most aircraft mounted guns. Look at the acutal Imperial guard version in relation to the models.. It's going to take two guys to lift it, let alone fire it.
Heavy bolters are already supremely heavy.. In Necromunda, they're referred to as 'back breakers.' I think the space marine ones have an anti-grav suspensor fitted to make them more carryable (and the deathwatch variants have additional suspensor units) but guard variants aren't going to have these.. They have a ferocious recoil, and they're quite fragile too and prone to jamming or breaking if mistreated. In short, probably not the sort of thing you want to be lugging around.
Heavy stubbers.. Yeah maybe.. Even so, it's going to be a pretty pointless excercise. They're considerably larger than the SAW and other squad level support weapons people have mentioned, more like a world war 2 MG42 (most of the models seem to be based on that design anyway.) Firing one on the move is going to be a complete beast to control, and likely useless in terms of accuracy.
Even in real life, heavy weapons are only really useful when properly stabilized. Perhaps a very strong and skilled opperator could fire controlled bursts from a standing position and achieve a degree of accuracy, but they're designed to be support weapons, not for mobility.
Still.. 40k is quite a heroic setting, so if you want the super buff dude int he squad to be able to do that, I see no reason why not. Stick to smaller weapons though.. An autocannon makes no sense.

I think you need to spend more time on your floor.

Me: Not Levi...
Isn't one of the last chancers able to fire a heavy bolter even while moving?
In gaming turns if you were gonna house rule it, you should lower his ballistic skill or something, as the models accuracy would be greatly reduced, hence in the example the name of "Try Again" Bragg, was so gutted with what happened to Bragg..........(you'll know what i mean if you've read the books )
