The best possibility of corruption I'd see is not by actively flooding a Sister with revelations or conversations, but rather by subtly amplifying certain emotions just a bit, if something like that is possible. For example... A Repentia Mistress disciplining a wayward Novice Sister: feels good to do the Emperor's work, doesn't it? And the victim wants it, too... (Satisfaction - Slaanesh) A Sister Celestian purging PDF soldiers who fought for a traitor governor: make them pay in blood and screams for their heresy! (Rage - Khorne) For the reasons already explained a few postings above, I believe that Tzeentch and Nurgle would have a somewhat harder time to corrupt the Sisters, simply because their ideologies have nothing to offer the ordinary member of the Sororitas - and are at the same time a lot more repulsive to them. The Adepta Sororitas focus on Purity (against Nurgle, for Khorne) and Devotion (against Tzeentch, for Slaanesh). Of course there's the remote possibility that it may happen anyways, and I suspect that Tzeentch's best target would be a Canoness (since she usually doesn't confess to anyone, because she is the highest Sister in a convent) dealing in Ministorum politics, whilst Nurgle might try his luck with the Sisters Hospitaller, particularly those operating under poor conditions in some plague-ridden shithole, desperately searching for ways to help their suffering patients. But like already explained, the Sisters' blind faith and strict regulations would probably prevent a corruption from these two Chaos Gods under all but the most extreme circumstances. Quote:

Actually, I was under the impression that the average Imperial citizen knows absolutely squat about Chaos (there are, of course, exceptions, like Cadians, but they get the armor of contempt or something...). And the Sisters, while not liking psykers, are not stupid. The Imperium cannot function without psykers. Forget battles and the Astronomicon, the Imperium needs Navigators to transport vessels through the Warp. The Imperium needs Astropaths to network together far-flung worlds. As for why Sisters of Battle may not like Marines...well, I'm sure there's a long list. At any rate, I do rather enjoy the track record (give or take) of the Adepta Sororitas. The way 40k is set up, humans are basically garbage. There's really no redeeming qualities. They basically exist to serve as the mortar of the Imperium, and they're not even good at that. They serve as convenient tugs for Chaos and as reasons for the Imperium's armed forces to fight and whatnot. Still, when you read about the vast exploits of the Imperium, you don't read about humans, you read about space marines. There may be a token mention of the IG or other forces (usually their death tolls...), but in most fluff I've seen, humans play a second fiddle and their only purpose is to die/fail gloriously in order to make the smurfs look even better. So when the Sisters of Battle come around, arguably the pinnacle of humanity (at this point, and not the crazy, head-blowing-up psykers), and they resist on a grand scale that which so many space marines have fallen to...well, it just makes me wanna say 'hah!'.
