Out of the named (and playable) characters in 40k, Who to you think is the most skilled fighter? Im thinking it might be either khorne or one of the Phoenix lords. We are going by fluff more than regular rules. Im leaning to either Kharn or one of the phoenix lords.
Well, that all depends on what the definition of "fighter" is and what you mean by "skilled". Are we talking one-on-one combat or overall soldier? I know from experience that a skilled duelist isn't necessarily useful on the battlefield.
Fluff wise, if you're looking for a duellist, then it's undoubtedly Lucius the eternal I would have thought, but that was an interesting question posted above, personal prowess or strategic mastery?
Inquistion force WIP. Pics on posts 17 and 23.
You can't answer this, because the fluff itself is so biased depending on what book you read. Codexs and Black Library books always favour the heroes - according to the CSM and SM books, theres no way a bunch of raggedy Guardsmen can kill a marine, let alone survive a squad attack, but Gaunts Ghosts seem to do it pretty regularly.
The Phoenix Lords have millenia of experience, but a Greater Daemon of, yknow, anything would probably devour them whole - according to books on daemons. The answer to this question entirely depends on who you think the heroes are or should be.
Oh, dear god. Not this again.
Guys, ever 3 months someone makes one of these threads.
A little foresight, please.
