They vary greatly, but are city sized minimum and close to moon sized at max, I should think.
I would think they would be a lot bigger than most of the BFG range, seeing as Eldar ships dock with them.

For a good reference look at the the resources for BFG. Doom of the Eldar: pg 18, Craftworld Assault. This gives you good measurements to start with and somewhere in there is a nice big picture to give you inspiration on what a craftworld looks like.

There is no official sizes, but the largest Craftworlds are easily the size of a small moon. Remember that they are completely self-sufficient and contain massive domes for generation of biospheres as well as habitation. Ship yards, construction sites, training grounds, docking stations etc. Your regular Craftworld probably contains many millions of Eldar to, and people tend to take up space.
I have always thought the Craftworld assault rules are a bit off. They are waaay to big to be represented in BFG. Even Space Hulks are a bit of a stretch in BFG, but they work becaus eof their random size and shape. Remember that last time the Imperium assaulted a Craftworld they lost an entire sector fleet.
IMO the best representation of a Craftworld has been done by a guy known as Magelord, although he never finished it (curse him. It was me who made him do it ).
The small ships in that picture is a Void Dragon battleship and two Wraithships.

I have also heard that Craftworlds have a big hall which is large enough for everybody in the Craftworld to fit inside it. To have a hall that big and then space for everything else a Craftworld would have to be very big. I would imagine that over time they are upgraded and enlarged as needed.
Indeed. If anything, Craftworlds are living ships which are constantly moulded and changed by the Bonesingers.
My award winning Orky tale
There was a stand alone boardgame of the tyranid assault on Iyanden (Alaitoc?) many years ago. The board was a picture of a craftworld, unsurprisingly. A small part of the craftworld had huge crystal domes that you could see mountain ranges and seas through. So, yes, pretty big. Bigger even than what you're thinking. Yep- that big.
They're not called craftmoons, they're too big for that. Think on a continental scale.

No more NG spearmen, thanks! Now I need some pump-wagons!
