Hey guys I am making a few ICs for a to be named White Scars successor chapter. I didn't like the ones in How to Paint Space Marines. They were Russian, White Scars are not Russian. Anyway, any suggestions would be appreciated.

White Scars are based on the ancient nomadic Mongolians, look up stuff about people involved with Genghis Khan and his sons (Kublai, etc)
Cholon-Badzar -Stone Thunderbolt
Muunokhoi- Vicious Dog
Batkhuyag- Strong Warrior
Oyunbileg- Gift of Wisdom
Dzoldzaya- Light of destiny
Mongols were sometimes given odd names to confuse evil spirits. A perfect custom for White Scar Librarians.
Terbish-Not That One
Finally the Mongolians already had a phrase for xenos
Khoonbish- Not A Human Being
"God is dead" Nietzsche- 1886
"Nietzsche is dead" God- 1900
Why are there scams? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q71FLDIMBc8
You might want to look up some of the names from the 'stans. Those would probably fit.
We stand at the gates of sacrifice ever ready to go through. What do we want? To die only once our goal is complete! What do we ask? That we may only serve!Who are you?We are the Last Remnants, the unfettered soldiers!
Continuing on the subject of Mongol names;
List of medieval Mongolian tribes and clans - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Holy crap there's a lot of names on that list. You could pretty much name every Marine in your battle companies just from that list.
Thanks to you guys. REP for the help.

You could get away with asian names in general, like the guys said they're based off Mongolian ancestry but remember that the mongol empire stretched all over - you could easily bring in chinese names, slavic names and so on I believe.
After doing a bit of looking, this was the most comprehensive list on Mongol names I could find, with the meanings explained:
