Just a quick question about World Eater fluff. My brother has decided to make his CSM army World Eaters. He wants to know how fluff-supported it is to include the various troop types in an army geared towards World Eaters, like the Plague Marines or Thousand Sons.
If he wants to play pure worldeaters then you should only be using Khorne Berzerkers as your troop choice,
My worldeater army consists of :
Khorne lord with Lightning Claws or Daemon Weapon depending on how frivolous I'm feeling
4 squads of 10 berzerkers with Power Fist all mounted in rhinos
Squad of bikers with mark of khorne and melta guns
This comes in at around 2000 points

Thousand Sons are out of the question to keep it fluffy, they are led by Sorcerors and Khorne hates Sorcerers. Also no Noise Marines, as Slaanesh is Khorne's nemesis. Plague Marines are highly unlikely, you'd have to get really creative explaining that one.
The others summed it up pretty well.
Khorne lists (World Eaters) will likely ally themselves with very few. Small warbands may fight with other legions, but the other god-specific guys are not commonly among them.
If your brother wants to use Berzerkers and non-god dedicated troops or khorne dedicated marines, thats probably just fine. But adding the other marks with khorne in the mix is generally left to Abaddon or some other highpowered non-dedicated lords.
