Correct me if I'm thinking of the wrong guy. Qruze was the old Terran-born Luna Wolf who was against the warrior lodges and all that nonsense right? He ended up with Garro's group after Istavaan and made it back to Terra to warn the Emperor. Thats as far as any of those marines goes in the fluff (for now anyway).
None of them are recorded as being assimilated into other legions or even starting their own legions/chapters after the heresy. Its really left open to what you want to do. There is talk of them being the founders of the Inquisition and its forces (Grey Knights and Deathwatch) but nothing is confirmed. If you were to do him up for any reason you could maybe add a dread to your GKs force and name it Qruze as a hint that it may be the old Luna Wolf then go for it. Either that or go the old tried-and-tested Heresy-era army with Iacton plodding along in there somewhere
He is almost certainly dead. His fate after the Eisenstein reached Terra is unknown, but it's implied he was to be working with the Inquisition.
