If a dark eldar raiding party lands on a planet that has eldar who are fighting a slaanesh army would they help the eldar out of the hatred they have towards she who thirsts? I do not know much eldar fluff so I do not know if they would want the dark eldar's help. I know that the dark eldar might try to take advantage of the wounded eldar after the fight but would they work together to kill the chaos marines serving slaanesh?
NEW DARK ELDAR! Hold all armies I have a new purpose in life!
It's just my opinion, but I imagine unless they had a specific very important objective which the space marines were blocking they would just leave and let the craftworlders take the fall. Just because you hate Slannesh doesn't mean you rush to engage her forces. Her forces are quite badass, and generally enjoy consigning your soul to an eternity of horrible torment. Besides, I doubt the average Dark Eldar opinion is to regard the craftworlders as brothers.. whiny, self hating remnants trying to deny what they are, sure, but not real Eldar any more.
If there's no option but to fight, then sure.. Dark Eldar will do whatever it takes, generally, but they aren't going to feel any loyalty to their 'allies', and generally the craftworlders will know better than to trust them, so communication is going to be difficult. Both sides will be expecting a knife in the back so much that they'll likely keep more guns trained on each other than the enemy.
The Dark Eldar will make a slave out of anyone, craftworld Eldar or the various lackeys of Slaanesh, even Daemons aren't safe from them. I used to play with Dark Eldar and I got the feeling that they are very selfish. They do not fight for a cause such as who they like most. They fight for themselves only and no other. Dark Eldar would try to exploit the circumstances to try and capture the most slaves. Likely they would pounce on both sides and try to take them by surprise. By doing this they could run off with loads of prisoners from both sides and far more prisoners overall than they would of had if they had helped either side for whatever reason.
If one side was an easy target they would obviously go for that group to get the most slaves. This might actually weaken one side enough so that group may lose. However that one side loses because of what the Dark Eldar have done it is not because because they care, they were just grabbing slaves for their greedy selves. If both sides are too tough or well guarded and if no isolated scouts are around to make easy victims the Dark Eldar will leave. They are out and about to steal things, people, materials and they are looking for easy prey not a huge meatgrinder that will chew up alot of their raiding force.

Dark eldar, while capable of dealing with strong enemy forces, tend to withdraw when faced with a challenge, preferring instead to prey on the weak. I'd imagine they'd see the two forces fighting, and then turn around and go somewhere else. If they did anything in the battle, I'd imagine they'd strike the rear of the craftworld or marine forces, grab some slaves, and then flee before anyone could react.
