I'm sort of new to Warhammer 40K and I don't even have a completed army. But here is the fluff for the army known as the Righteous Hammer of Justice!
The army is from the sept of Al'tesh, a Mars-like world. It's colonized as a reaserch world, mainly to test terraforming for the Tau empire. The tau from this world are know to be slightly eccentric, very idealistic, and friendly.
The hunter cadre from this world refers themselves as theRighteous Hammer of Justice. Led by Shas'el Al'tesh Kais M'yen Ukos, they fight to destroy oppressors since not many races are intrested in their homeworld. They try to free people from their oppressors. This means that they HATE the imperium. They think guel'la are just fine and deserve to be freed from the tyrannical rule of the Imperium. They know they can't do much aginst them, but each freed world is a victory for them.
So what do you think?

Not bad, except for the name...
The Righteous Hammer of Justice sounds like some sort of Daemonhunter/Space Marine/Sisters of Battle/Inquisitorial force... A bit against what your fluff says
Yeah, I like the fluff angle - except for the name.
Something more appropriate might involve the concept of liberation, or of medical cure such as first aid, or that of reclaimation, or of overcoming brainwashing...
crusade of deliverance ?
crusade of enlightenment ?
hammer of truth ? (justice doesn't work imo)
storm of liberation
grief of tyranny
wrath of liberation
Part of their fluff may include having more than their fair share of pathfinders and of occasional members of the Water caste. Pathfinders could be used to establish links with and arm existing underground movements. The Water caste could be used to negotiate and subvert the enemy military.
And Tau Human Auxiliaries could be used to represent forces that have already 'turned'.
The more I play with my own Gue'vesa, the more I want to field practically an entire army of them by the way.
Ryan Dancey, Vice President of Wizards of the Coast, believed that TSR failed because of "...a near total inability to listen to its customers, hear what they were saying, and make changes to make those customers happy." Are you listening, Games Workshop ?
:diespam: Wrath of Freedom, maybe...
Remember that the tau ,even as rash as you can make them, are still a clam headed people... Meaning that they won't run about and just kill and try and free... never the less... Your fluff for your army is commenable and the Leaders name is excellent... One thing that might need a lot of change is going to be your army name .... also what is your paint sceme for them??
