Maybe its just me but I have yet to notice a asian space marine or an Indian inquisator (no I'm not starting this thread to be racist nor am I inviting anyone to be racist), just wondering
I do not know about Indian Inquisitors (neither Indian as from India or Indian as Native American).
But! There are Asian Space Marines, and the best example is the White Scars. Jaghatai Khan, their primarch, has a Mongolian name. Also Kor'sarro Khan is portrayed as Asian in the GW model, and not forgetting the White Scar bike squadron GW models.
I do admit that a large portion of Warhammer models are portrayed as Caucasians. However, I have seen people painting and converting their models to resemble Asians, African Americans, Native Americans, and all sort of ethinicities.
So there it is. There are non-Caucasian Space Marines roaming in the universe of Warhammer 40000
Hope this answers your question.
Ok in terms of geography does Terra (earth) still have different countries or are they just the whole unified Imperium?
Also, Vulkan (the primarch) is generally assumed to have been black. It's quite common for salamanders to feature black figures in reference to that.
Terra is a blasted, lifeless, post-apocalyptic wasteland outside of the hive cities, any semblance of national identity no longer exists there.
Technically, an Indian (as in south asian) Inquisitor would still be Caucasian. The term derives from 19th century scientific racism and at that time Indians were generally thought to be the original ancestors of modern europeans. Using it to mean 'white people', while popular nowadays, is technically incorrect.

... so besides being vexed at the idea that Terra is a guantanamo bay excuse of a planet (without seas), I wanted to ask are Terra hive worlds better then other hive worlds or are they as equally ... unpleasant?
Also what do they teach at schools on Terra (besides totalism ideals of the emperor as a god)
Actually, canonically all salamanders are black due to a glitch in one of their implants. It also gives them red eyes. Hive worlds range from bad to worse, which is really what you're going to get when you cram a couple dozen billion people (or more) in one place. Schools are going to teach the skills their students need for their intended trade, filtered through the lens of the Ecclesiarchy or Mechanicus, depending.
There's also the Schola Progenium
"The sergeant major asked me what my job is. I told him it's to do what I am told. He gave me a medal. I like the Imperial Guard."
"Innocentia Probat Nihil"
Schools are never mentioned outside of the scholae progenium (schola is singular, thanks again lexicanum). The cities of Terra are pretty much built to house imperial bureaucracies and the billions of pilgrims passing through. Life in the former is likely to be strictly regimented and children probably don't get schooled so much as slotted into their roles like little cogs. In the latter, I doubt anyone bothers with educating the children. Terra is too overpopulated as it is.
As I read it, very few people actually live on terra, and those that do tend to be bureaucrats or members of ridiculously elite institutions like the navigator houses. Most of the population at any one time is composed of transient missionaries.

I believe there was some sisters of battle artwork where there was a black and asian sister in the same picture. Also in dawn of war 2:Chaos Rising one of the blood ravens librarians is black.
What about eldar, do they have different races or are all of them the same and little of topic here but I was just wondering whether it is possible for a psyker to remove someones memories or to analyse them (if not how do chapters brainwash their initiates, cause I seriously doubt that they use a psychologist with a little watch saying "... you are getting very sleepy")
