I am not sure about this so I am asking. Can lesser daemons and greater daemons be afflicted by another god. Such as bloodletters become tainted by nurgle and therefore be rotting? I want to do a daemon army and I love the nurgle look but want to use other daemons in it but want a uniform look to the army. Such as rotting bloodletters and rotting fleshhounds and have lots of rusted weapons on the letters and crushers.

This is the 40k section. Most of us here won't be able to help you with the fantasy rules, best to move your post.
You can mix daemon units in the same army list, and artistically speaking you can model them differently, but fluffwise, you can't get "Plagueletters" or "bloodlings" or anything like that.

Okay, was just seeing if there is anywhere that other gods have afflicted lesser and greater daemons of another god. It seems nurgles rot could taint another gods daemons and was curious if it has in any book or story written fantasy or 40k wise. I know I could paint them anyway I want just wanted to see if it has happened in any place by GW already.
I think gamewise you could certainly get away with it, and the models would look cool. I would say this is the kind of level on which you just not think too hard about the fluff and just do what's cool.
I mean, fluff is fun and all, but when it gets to the stage that you're just trying to justify random stuff because it's the paint scheme you want to use or you want to convert you'd be better off just rolling with it (unless it's female space marines, because wanking over testosterone laden superhumans is a privilage, not a right!)
Ugh.. digression. What I mean to say is, while it might not be terribly fluffy, your idea doesn't sound head smackingly retarded and I'd be surprised if you met much opposition about it when you turn up to play games.

Im the type of guy who is very into fluff, my force will be built to sit in wih fluff, my colour scheme will match but i have to say,
Artistic licence wins every time.
they are your models , if you want pink bloodletters, by Khornes fluffy slippers you have pink bloodletters, if you want plagued bloodlettrers then by Khornes used Kleenex you have some!
PROUD TO BE IN THE BRITISH ARMY.

You could maybe use bloodletters rules but use plague bearer models or vice versa to go with your theme while still remaining fair. But do check with your opponent.

Well I think running plaguebearers as bloodletters would be more confusing then painting bloodletters to look plagueriden.

I mean, say some bloodletters entered Nurgles realm or planet or what ever it is, so Frakin' tired I cant check, Im sure they would get infected with some of Papa Nurgle's lovely rotting diseases.
So by your blood for the blood god, and skulls for the skull thorn, DO IT!
