I currently have a decent sized Word Bearer army. (~1500 pts) I have read in several places that they don't get along with many of the other chaos legions and frown on the sole worship of any one chaos deity. I also have read that they make extensive use of daemomic shock troops.
So my question would be would it be cool/legal to supplement god specific daemons for cult marines? (i.e. Horrors for Thousand Sons, Bloodletters for Berserkers, etc.) This would be so my army looks fluffy but I can use the whole of the chaos marine codex.
What do you guys think?
In a tourney me thinks not.If you play with a friend why not?
Praise be to the Emperor!!
Some word bearers do give themselfs over to one god totaly, its not totaly frowned upon, they are seen as a little week willed.
if you wanted to use Deamons to represent other units like bezerkers etc then it all depends on the guy your playing.
PROUD TO BE IN THE BRITISH ARMY.
~~ Surrender and serve me in life, or die and slave for me in death~~
Of course not for tourny play. For that I try to stay as WYSIWYG as possible, weapon wise at least. I don't put the search lights and smoke launchers on all my rhinos
