    IG Company Nicknames

Looking for some opinions here, anybody feel free to chime in.

I'm working on the models of my new Imperial Guard army, B Company of the 111th Golgothan Rifles, out of Golgothan Secundus (a colony of the original Golgotha, which was conquered by Ghazkhull inbetween the Armageddon Wars). The way I've set up my regiment is that it's 2100 soldiers, organised into 25 companies of 800 soldiers each: 20 infantry (non-mechanised), 2 artillery, and 2 recon (primarily Sentinels and Snipers), plus one company of support units (medical hospitals, intelligence advisors, logistical officers, etc). Each company is officially labeled by letters A through Y.

While the infantry in my army are B Company, I have some support Colossi from V Company and some Sentinels and Snipers from X Company. I'm looking for some company nicknames starting with those three letters, B, V and X, that would have a suitable 40k feel to them. That means I'm not using stuff like Greek letters or radio alphabet names (ie, no Beta Company or Bravo Company). Anyone have ideas?

    Currently mulling over:

Boren's Boys (after the company captain), Blunt Company
    the Vengeful Volleys, Vanguard Company
Xenos Killers, Xtreme Company (sounds cheesy)

    Maybe work with Gothic/pseudo-Catholic themes?

B Company = "The Blessed" Company, "Bringers of Purity"

    V Company = "Voices of Terra/Righteousness"

    X Company = "Xeno Burners/Cleansers", "Exorcist Rangers"

I like Brazen Company, and Xecutioners, both sound really good.

Gothic/Psuedo-Catholic doesn't really fit the background of my infantry companies, as Golgotha Secundus is a hive world so all the non-officers are ordinary laymen, so they don't have the education or background to suit such nicknames.

I'd try to think of something less related to the name that's in their fluff.

If there's any particularly good piece of story behind them then their nick name should be after that, for a RL example:
The Coldstream Guards in the late 1700s once, during a cold winter, carried tons of coal across London to keep their officers warm, and so they got the Nickname "The heavers."

So, for example, it could be that B Company once dug trenches while fighting hand to hand with some Orks (*Dig, hack, dig, hack* ) and so are nicknamed the "Diggers", so would be "B Company, 'The Diggers'".

Or, once, during a battle when they were on the verge of running one of the Emperor's angels visited them and strengthened their resolve, so they became "The Angel Boys".

Would be nice to have a bit of fluff behind it rather than just a cool sounding name
