What are the main factions of the Inquisition, both Radical and Puritan?

The Amalathians are a Puritan sect who take their name from Mount Amalath on Gathalamor where Lord Macharius unified his army that would conquer a thousand worlds. They believe the Imperium's strength is in its unity, and the maintenance of the status quo, a philosophy that lends them to quiet investigation and a preference for the peaceful solution. Eisenhorn was an Amalathian, although his later actions make him more of a Xanthite, a radical sect who make common use of Chaos artifacts, daemon weapons, Daemonhosts, and illegal knowledge to fight the Warp.

The Monodominants are the archetypical fanatic, believing that the only solution for heresy or witchcraft is a severe, violent and often very fatal retaliation, and that humanity is fated to rule the universe. They thematically reek of the Salem witch hunters and the Spanish Inquisition; they hate aliens, psykers, mutants and occasionally cyborgs for their lack of humanity. I believe Inquisitor Lord Coteaz is a member of the Monodominant philosophy.

The Thorians, also called Resurrectionists, follow the example of Sebastian Thor; the Thorians hold that his execution was a mistake and that the Emperor can be made manifest in a human body, to effect great changes on our world. They're very nearly radicals, held back only by their adherence to the more traditionally Puritan views on aliens and Chaos.

The Recongregators hold that the Imperium is inherently corrupt and a revolution is in order. They often spread strife as they go, toppling existing governments on basis of their inadequacy and replacing them, or inciting mob violence against a politically corrupt leader. They are close to the Istvaanites, who hold that the Drop Pod Massacre of Istvaan V was the best thing that could happen to the Imperium; it alerted them to the danger of disloyalty and, through the inferno of the Horus Heresy, strengthened the Imperium's resolve. These, in particular, are dangerous as they often support and harbour Chaos cults, pointing them towards vulnerable Imperial targets in the believe that the ensuing civil war will cull the weak and leave the survivors to rule in purity.

Amazing what one can remember if pressed. I could give you more if I had the rulebook here. It has the complete description.
