Its the inner circle like darkreever said as every member of the DW and RW are members, along with the Captains, Librarians, Chaplains, and Chapter Master.

But, I'm not sure if it's canon, so I'm gonna give you the answer.

The Knights of the Order. All fo the Dark Angels chapter send marines to setup this organization that is solely responsible for finding the fallen, who aren't tied down with responsibility to the Imperium.

I'm leaving the floor open for the next person.

I mean motto, not battle-cry. As a general hint, it is one of the few relics that the Imperium ever found of the Fire Hawks after they got lost in the warp.

I remember this one. The defenders of a research station found themselves attacked by ork pirates and just as everything seemed lost the orks were set apon from behind by black power armoured spacemarines. They annihilated the Orks leaving behind a banner which was later found to be the Fire Hawks chapter banner identified by the following inscription.

In dedicato Imperatum ultra articulo mortis (For the Emperor beyond the point of death.)
