Ok, I truly apologize if I posted this here already, my comp crashed and I havent been on for a while and lost all my favorites. But I was wondering if anyone had any idea where I could find some fluff online for the thousand son marines?
They look so friken kool, and the little i've heard about them, they sound like their history is crazy.

Index Astrates (whichever one has them in) is a great source. It gives a lot of detail about them and their history.
But here's a summary.
The thousand sons were created from the gene seed of Magnus the Red, who was a giant, mutated cyclopean guy with bright red hair, who grew on a planet called Prospero where the population had a really abnormal rate of psychic power. They pursued knowledge above all else, but after a while the rest of the Imperium began to become suspicious of them, because many of their mystical abilities closely mimicked those of chaos cultists which sprung up on worlds they had visited.
Basically, Magnus and the thousand sons, despite the Emperor's explicit orders, had begun to delve a little too deeply into the pool of forbidden knowledge. It all went a bit pear shaped when Magnus used his forbidden sorcery to divine that Horus would betray the Emperor, and sent a telepathic message to the Emperor warning him of this.
However, the Emperor was shocked that Magnus had disobeyed him, and, influenced by Leman Russ, who didn't really like Magnus, decided to destroy the legion and its homeworld. The Space Wolves were sent to do it.
There was a big battle, but after a while it was clear the Space Wolves were winning. Magnus, sitting in his big tower, snapped and went insane as the psychic wards protecting him from the chaotic energies he wielded broke. He went out and fought Russ, who defeated him, but before the killing blow was struck, Magnus spoke words of power and disappeared, and the thousand sons fled. The space wolf 13th company gave chase, which is why they ended up lost in the warp.
When they fled into the eye of terror, they embraced the worship of Tzeentch and settled upon a planet (innovatively) called the planet of the sorcerors. Unfortunately, they started mutating rapidly. The chief librarian, Ahriman, cast an extremely powerful spell called the Rubric of Ahriman, which turned all the non psychic members of the legion to dust, thus halting the mutation. His fellow sorcerors didn't really approve, however, and exiled him.
Thus, the thousand sons are a bunch of self obsessed sorcerors, and their ghost-bodyguards.
See that's friken kool, lol.
