Looking through the list of Imperial forces deployed at Armageddon I came across two organizations I'm not familiar with.
The Officio Sabatorum, who seem to operate as lone agents.
And the Templars Psykologis, who operate in what are called 'disruption squads.'
What are the roles of these two organizations in the Imperium?

I asked this exact same question a few months ago and got a pretty decent answer from Warmaster Phthisis.

As to the Officio Sabatorum guys, no idea. Knowing GW's propensity for pseudo-latin and latinized english, perhaps they are saboteurs? Or sunday school teachers?

The Officio Sabotorum is the Imperial Guard equivalent to behind-enemy-lines commandoes. They are usually solo agents, similar to the Inquisitorial Assassins, but with less training and less specialisation; as the name suggests, they commonly resort to sabotage and explosives. If the Templars Psykologis are the guys who sneak around finding out where to place the bomb, it's the Officio Sabotorum that actually put the bomb there.
