No one, everyone becomes friends and acts civil (even the orks).
Fast forward XX,XXX amount of years who do you think will be left in the galaxy as the major power if any? Or will their still be a balance?
It's official! The all Tabasco sauce diet is still the number one weight loss diet for the 4th consecutive year!
In the ‘Inquisition War’ trilogy by Ian Watson is described a vision of the end of the universe that reveals how the material realm will in the far future be overwhelmed by Chaos and reabsorbed into the warp, destroying all living beings in our universe. Therefore I chose to vote for Chaos, although I realise that without the emotions of sentient beings to nourish them the Chaos Gods will eventually die too. The true answer to your question in my opinion is therefore no one; not because everyone becomes friends, but because eventually everyone dies.

I vote necrons, if they destroy all life then chaos isn't a concern. The imperium can't really combat them due to their advanced technology and the fact they are lead by gods.
The warp doesn't affect them and the tyranids will come and go, whats a few million years when you are immortal?
Its like the zerg in starcraft and the skaven in fantasy if they would only band together they would rule all and one day, one day they will but in the meen time party on sm with those bolters ablazing!
I'm sorry, but WHAT? The only thing that affects Necrons is psychic powers aka the Warp, Chaos are possibly the only faction who could hope to defeat the Necrons. The warp doesn't affect them
Revenge is a dish best served with mayonnaise and those little cheesy things on sticks.

They are the oldest race in t he Imperium! (Mehbe NEcrons are older..cant remember sorry, dont own all the dex's and books :rolleyes
Pew pew pew! (Had too)
*Sigh* This has been done to death. It's always between chaos necrons and tyranids... I suggest you guys go do a little post surfing and check out the arguments.
I for one, have proved time and time again that chaos, for one, can never be defeated. As long as their is life somewhere int he universe, there will be chaos. And even if all life in the universe outside the eye of terror is destroyed chaos will live on. There are supposedly as many worlds inside the eye as there is in the Imperium, not even counting the worlds fully consumed by the warp itself... Nothing and no one can beat chaos on it's own turf. The big 4 will never go away. Everything can be corrupted by chaos, except maybe necrons. But when the C'Tan are all dead, who knows? I mean have any of you read the new Dawn of War Novel? If a C'Tan can be killed like that, then the might of the chaos gods are more than a match for them.
No way Orks will win WAAAAAAGH the ork. Orks don't fear the reaper and are less likly to be corrupted by choas.

So in fact, chaos wins.. As in, real chaos, not the chaos gods. The universe returns to being a big sea of endlessly shifting energy.
Personally though, my moneys on the orks right now. Even if they don't win, my guess is they'll be the last ones to go down to whoever does. They can't really be corrupted by chaos or the tyranids, they reproduce fast when threatened, and get stronger through fighting. The worse the threat, the tougher orks become.. so I can't see them losing easily.
Umm... yes, yes they can. Even if the entire galaxy was taken over by the orks, if they entered the eye of terror, they would become corrupted...Originally Posted by The_Giant_Mantis
