Do you all think that each Librarian has its own unique maifestation when they use fury of the ancients, kinda like a patronus in Harry Potter. Kind of an odd thought but i thought it would be really comfortable and help give Librarians a little more character.
Space Marines are the gateway drug
If everyone makes fun of West Virginia, who does West Virginia make fun of?
Whatever you like. It's described as just a massive psychic summoning that thrashes the crap out of whatever the Librarian points it at. You could make it a two-headed eagle, a rhinoceros, a bull, a giant snake or lizard, a dragon or a pufferfish, as long as it's big, symbolic and can beat up Godzilla.

Mr_Wayne: "Some people believe that the World Eaters do not field any ranged weaponry. Those people often die at a distance."
Nothing can beat GODZILLA!!!
I like that idea and with my mantis warriors lib i say he summons up a locust of mantis to destroy the enemy.

Borgut "SBD" GreatStrider's Ogres 6/1/2
An'Gorath's World Eaters 3/0/2
Sigurd GreatFang's Wulfen Host 7/4/3
This sounds like a good idea and I'm all for it... the Librarian I have when he uses Furry of the Ancients, it takes the form of the grim reaper.
But then agan, if you can picture it into your mind, then it's possible... I mean you could imagine that a Librarian, if he has this power, it takes on the form of Godzilla.
May the Dice Gods bless your rolls.
I'll be damned before the soldiers of the Emperor are just left to rot!

"DISS NOT THE EMPEROR'S POINTED STICK, HERETIC!"
If it doesn't work with the Emperor. Then it's been officially Karmooned!!!

I can just see the next book, 'Harry Potter and the Carnifex of Peril' in which Hogwarts gets consumed by the Tyranid hive mind, much to the joy of small bookstores everywhere. :tongue:Originally Posted by Inquisitor Rosario
As for unique appearance, I'd say sure, why not. The librarian is just taking something from his mind and making it real enough to hurt things, surely that thing is going to be unique to him, or, at the very least, taken from his chapter mythology.
It doesn't even have to be a mental thing, in certain chapters, like the relictors or pre heresy thousand sons, you could use it to represent a bound daemon the character has released at his enemies.
