does any one know what dragon or the stranger c'tan lords look like if any one has any pictures or drawings i want to try to make my own.
To my knowledge (and I have looked this up) there no official pics of either the Void Dragon or Outsider.
So even if there were pics, it is stated in the codex that the C'tan can change their appearance on a whim, so there is nothing stopping your imagination.
thanks im going to start drawing ideas now.
I'm not sure you would be able to draw a pic of the Outsider. Just remember that he is insane and his form probably reflects that, shifting at odd angles and twisting into impossible shapes (I'm reminded of this one drawing of a 3d diamond-shaped platform that was impossible to completely visualise, you could see one side or the other but not both simultaneously). As for the Dragon, I would imagine that he looks at least a bit like his name implies.
I read a story in White Dwarf or something which described the Outsider as having a smooth elongated featureless head and swirling ragged robes around a thin body with pointed fingers on it's hands.
The story was told from the perspective of an Eldar who had watched a performance by the Harlequins of the Outsider's defeat by the Laughing god.
As the Outsider is tricked into devouring his fellow star gods, the Outsider would seem to be much stronger than the average C'tan, he/she or it goes mad.
The remenants of the consumed C'tan were visble after it's canabalism and squirmed across it's features and writhed in an etheral glow around it.
Being unable to catch it's nemesis the Laughing god the Outsider seemed to have the
evil god-entity divine version of a nervous breakdown and shriveled up into a metalic sphere. However the sphere cracked and mist emerged indicating the Outsider was only made dormant but was not destroyed and would one day return.
From this description the picture in my head of the Outsider is a thin metalic form wearing rags. It's face has no features and it's head is long and smooth and it's hands are taloned. It also has a sinister aura.
Across it's body can be seen the left-overs of it's various meals, all the other C'tan it has eaten.
Urgh, to me that model looks horrible.
The Outsider always reminds me of that picture of some stairs that have no end (you know, the one where they go at all funny angles across the picture yet they lead nowhere).
Why not just some long featureless body with pure white skin? An idea:-- REF 130,4D6: Possible Necrontyr C'Tan 'Outsider'. Interrogation subject found on Angels system, 8th planet. Effects so... disturbing to be found on an Astartes adept deemed a ruling of exposed to moral threat. Subject termiatoed accordingley. Continuing search.Originally Posted by the only survivor

It's how I imagine him. Just a horrific memory of a Space Marine. And yes, he CAN reduce one to a babbling mess in my idea! It makes him what he is!
