Is there a set color / chapter for these guys, and do they have the same radical beliefs as the witchhunters or less radical like the rest of the IG? (the emperor is a god/isnt a god)

I DO LIKE A GOOD GRUMBLE!
Inquisitorial Stormtroopers are Kasrkin with rigid morals and religious beliefs. I would say they are much, much more religious than the Imperial Guard because they are supposed to get the same level of mental indoctrination and psychotherapy as Inquisitors and Grey Knights in order to properly serve the Inquisition.
Inquisitorial Stormtroopers are usually painted red with black trim and detail. Do you have a codex handy? There are plenty of pictures of them in the Daemonhunters codex in their proper colors. As far as I know, they are not separated into chapters or regiments, but rather are a single pool of elite human shock troops.
Of course, Inquisitors have varying ideals of what is proper and such things as color schemes are apt to change with each Inquisitor.
My guess is that it depends on the Progenium academy they are drawn from. Each will presumably have its own set of uniforms, probably with varying camoflage for different warzones, etc.
The exception would be stormtroopers who are permanently attached to the inquisition, who would probably have a colour scheme befitting their role and status. Red and Black seems a nice standard.
As for beliefs. Stormtroopers don't have beliefs. They have orders, which they follow.. do you have a problem with that, soldier?
On the god thing, they're raised and trained by priests of the Ecclesiasty, so I'd imagine they have similar beliefs (the Emperor is a god, his ascention to the throne is an eternal saccrifice for the good of mankind, etc.)
