I thought up a new traitor army, the Khorne Brimstones.
Story behind it.
Ahriman of the Thousand Sons led a thousand son army against a khorne berzerker army & tried to do his curse thingy on them to turn them to dust. A favoured deamon prince of Khorne led this berzerker army & so Khorne intervened before the whole army could be turned into dust, the spell left all of the berzerkers with a charred appearance on their skin and their armour constantly smokes with white hot heat.
I envision the armour to have a cracked, magma-like effect. All exposed skin will be blackened like charcoal but with bloody rents in the skin.
Play the army as a khorne berzerker army with the following limitations; the army must be led by a deamon prince. No vehicles other than rhinos. The berzerkers are in too much pain to operate any vehicle weapons successfully.
Interesting, though for the sake of flexibility I'd say all vehicles must be possessed, i.e. daemons are the designated drivers. Though the 'too much pain' would probably extend to other combat operations as well- perhaps their fingers were fused to their weapons or something?
Also Ahriman intended for his Rubric to heal the Legion of corruption, but I can see it as a weapon also.
Cool visual concept.
