Shining Spears and Warp Spiders do not officially have a Phoenix Lord since the origins of their shrines have been lost to time. They're considered slightly more "rare and exotic" aspects; the only known Phoenix Lords are for the more common ones. Admittedly, I can't help but wonder why they were never made...is it just because someone couldn't be bothered? In any case, their fighting styles were likely developed after Asurmen had chosen the Asurya to pass down the techniques of the various aspect shrines, so they evolved later. There are many aspects that are rather unique to various Craftworlds, so you could conceivably design your own. Think of Warp Spiders and Shining Spears as the "least common of the most common".

...and is believed by some to be the leader of the Incubi.

The absense of those two Phoenix Lords is easy enough to understand; their aspects are a lot more likely to get the suits of armour destroyed as well as the wearer (through crashes and getting lost in the warp) than the other Aspects. That's my take on it, anyway.

And forget designing your own Phoenxi Lord, I want to have the Slicing Orbs of Zandros as an aspect choice, damnit!

Phoenix Lords are NOT defined as the founders of their shrines. There are hundreds of different kinds of aspect warriors so nowhere near all of them have lords.

Phoenix Lords are the students of Asurmen. Since Asurmen comes on and off he hasn't really had time to train a spider/spear pupil. Also they are very obscure aspects of khaine. They are also slightly rarer than the others. Asurmen has probably also not found anyone talented enough to train as a phoenix lord for these shrines.

Hope that helps (I gave a better answer than Xerxes! :w00t: I think).

The Phoenix Lords in the Codex are the chosen, the Asuryan, the greatest heroes of the Eldar.
Asurmen, the Hand of Asuryan, briger of the worlds of the greatest Eldar god, founded the original Aspect Shrine, the Dire Avengers, on a lone world shortly after the fall.

He created the Path and his greatest servants, the first Exarches, were chosen to be the bringer of the Path to other Eldar. Each one took an aspect of fighting and perfected it and creating their own Aspect Shrines.

When they died, their suits of armour absorbed their souls so that they might live again when a new warrior dons this ancient armour.

They are renown and feared throughout the entire galaxy (or, at least by those who know of their existance) because they are the the very chosen of the long-dead gods and all who oppose them will feel the wrath of the Eldar.

The Warp Spider and Shining Spear PLs weren't one of Asurmen's original students, thus they arn't as famous as the original warriors.
