Well a space marine is raised from a standart human being to a super human within steps.... OK
Scouts are the Space Marine candidates who are at some stage of their plant transplantation.... OK
Why do not scouts use the helmets in hostile enviorenment while the super human space marine has to use it ? Can scouts perform better for breathing acidic or toxic enviorenment than the full built space marine ? I would prefern scouts with special helmets rather then the current scouts with bare head.... Any opinions ?
The space marine helmet is not just a breathing aparatus....
It is a symbol of rank, it contains view screens, tactical readouts, coms etc
Also, it stands to reason that you would want your marines whom you have invested much time and energy into raising to have more protection than scouts.
And wouldn't it look bizzare with the scouts carapace armour if they were wearing great big helmets??

Scouts are just that, the forward scouts of the marines.
They wear lighter armour so they can use stealth and can move easier through the hostile terrain.
A marine can survive these conditions but can fight better with a helmet, it also affords them better protection, advanced comms, better visuals, etc
So scouts dont wear helmets because they are light infantry, marines wear them because they are front line troops.

Another question if the helmet is a symbol of rank why most of the sergeants/veteran sergeants do not wear helmet ? (or modelled so ?)
I only ask if there is any fluff about scouts and helmets...
Move to Fluff forum.
To return to your initial question for a moment, I would like to point out another reason why Space Marine scouts don’t wear helmets – as you yourself say, Scouts have not yet finished the process of initiation and transplantation that turns them into Space Marines, and so they’re lacking a few essential organs, including the final stage transplant, the Black Carapace.
The Black Carapace provides mechano-neural interfaces which allow a Space Marine to interact with his Power Armour and its auto-senses; without a functional Black Carapace, a Marine won’t be able to move about in his armour, nor utilise the auto-senses embedded in the armour’s helmet. Since Scouts have no Black Carapace, a helmet would be useless to them, more a burden than an asset.
Also, the old fluff novel ‘Space Marine’ mentions another, more sinister reason: in case the Marines need to preserve their oxygen supplies during a prolonged mission, they can send in the Scouts to act as a first warning system in regard to airborne poisons and pollutants, the so-called ‘canary factor’. If the Scouts drop dead, better switch to internal air supplies! I’m not sure whether this fluff isn’t far outdated by now, though; certainly Marines of the modern fluff try to take good care of their Scouts. However, the book also mentions that Scouts are equipped with respirators/rebreathers, which might make it up for a kind of light helmet for modelling purposes, I suppose.
As for why some models do not wear helmets, I believe it’s mostly for the sake of having cool-looking models. Certainly Marines on the battlefield would all be wearing helmets ‘in real life’. It might be that some types of helmets are more restrictive in their movements than the Marines prefer, or are particularly susceptible to damage, therefore warranting their removal, but I doubt it. It’s probably largely due to the Rule of Cool.

The basic battle brothers don't need to have much personality, but you can invest a little more into your sergeants. Therefore, the helmets are removed, I'd guess, to show a little more humanity and personality (yes, I know all the models are the same.)
The sergeants really should have helmets, since they use them too coordinate their squads and see through the eyes of their troops when required. That would make a fairly nifty conversion..I would prefer the scouts with not the Space Marine helmets but they would look great with a basic helmet like IG Kaskrin Squad helmets....
I'd imagine scouts are equipped with respirators and so forth in hostile conditions. But there's a limit to how hostile the conditions can get with scouts. Since they aren't wearing sealed power armour and don't have the full implant range they won't be fighting in corrosive atmospheres, at the bottom of seas or in the vacuum of space.. at least.. not until they graduate and become proper marines.
Makes a BIT more sense anyway.
