Not too bad, I think, but it does sound very close to Salamander fluff. You might be better off changing a few things here and there, just to distinguish your self. This thread also could do with a healthy move to 40k fluff, it'll get more hits there, I assure you.

As Adrian MalSeraph stated... I thought I was reading the Salamnders fluff... but considering the fact they are a successor chapter of same colour and Combat Doctrines then you can't make too many changes... Their organization resembles the Black templars or it is just me? Novices and all...
