I just want to know if someone has some info about religion in Imperium of man. i cannot find any deeper fluff even in Inquisition books
All religion in the Imperium is based on the worship of the Emperor. There are others but they are violently stamped out. The worship of the Emperor can take many forms. On most worlds that have warp travel and and trade hubs they worship the "Emperor". As he is. A gaurdian of man. On other planets he is given a form. Such as the sun. Any sun based religon inside of the Imperium sees the sun as a physical thing to worship the Emperor through. They may praise the sun and its everlasting light but they are really worshiping the Emperor. Many planets do this with space marines. Alot of the worlds that SM are recruited from don't have a good grasp of technology or even what lies on the next continent. They worship the "Star Gods" which are in fact space marines. I am sorry if I didn't do a good job describing it.

To start with take the Roman Catholic Church at its very worst, burning people at the stake, torture, Churchmen being above the law, etc and add honest to god daemons. That’s how the Imperial Church is. It has all the trappings of ancient and/or modern Catholicism including bishops, cardinals, and priests. They are even dressed similarly with miters and robes all the symbolism of the Catholic faith. The similarities are hardly surprising, the authors wanted to have a united and autocratic theocracy, and for almost 2000 years the Catholic church was a prime example of one.

the witch hunters codex has a lot on the history, dogma etc.
this is off wikipedia:The Ecclesiarchy
Main article: Ecclesiarchy
The Adeptus Ministorum, also known as the Ministorum or Ecclesiarchy, is the Church of the God-Emperor. The Adeptus Ministorum exists to regulate the many faiths that exist throughout the vast Imperium and ensure that the values of Emperor-worship are protected from perversion, while other faiths are violently stamped out. Most versions of the Imperial faith encourage productivity ("Work is Prayer"), adherence to duty ("The Loyal Servant Learns to Love the Lash"), obedience to authority ("The Dissident invites only Retribution"), and thankfulness to the Emperor ("The Emperor's Judgement is a Blessing for the Faithful"). Although the Ministorium allows for variations of the Imperial faith to flourish, the division between heresy and pious zeal can be hair-thin and malleable to those with power.
It is worth noting that the Ecclesiarchy did not exist formally until about 3000 years after the Emperor's incarceration in the Golden Throne. Prior to this it was The Church of the Savior Emperor, one of the largest and strongest of the various Emperor-cults in the Imperium, which eventually grew to absorb or destroy competing cults. Once several High Lords of Terra converted and joined this cult, it was only a matter of time before it became recognized, adopted, and eventually declared the state religion of the Imperium.
Ironically, the Emperor himself did not wish to be seen as a God, rather as a great man. In fact he abhorred religion and forbade its practice before his ascension to the Golden Throne. He believed that it was the power of science and logic, rather than of faith, that would allow the human race to survive in the galaxy. The Adeptus Mechanicus, venerate him but mainly follow their own belief in the Machine God. The Adeptus Astartes worship the Emperor but also worship their primarchs to an equal degree - something which naturally causes tension with the intolerant Ecclesiarchy.
However there is a wide variety of source material relating the Imperial Cult, much of which is contradictory. For example the Gaunt's Ghosts series of books makes frequent use of an Imperial Saint, and one also appears in the Horus Heresy series of books. These occurrences would cast doubt upon the assertion that there is nothing to the imperial faith beyond simple dogma. The way the Space Marines of today relate to the Emperor might also be thought by many to be tantamount to worship, although it is stated they do not explicitly worship the Emperor as a god, but merely see him as a great warrior to be emulated through deeds in battle and piety.
Faith in the Emperor has been used multiple times in the lore as defence against Chaos; thus it would seem unlikely that there is absolutely nothing other than politics to the Imperial Cult's insistance on absolute devotion to the Emperor above all things.
Got a "good" rumour from a GW staffer? Forget about it, LO'ers know more than any random GW shop staffer.

The Dutch Legion
The Horus Heresy series, "Horus Rising" etc., also has some nice exposition of how the first "saints" of the imperial religion began to spread the Cult Imperialis during the Horus Heresy as a reaction to the appearance of Chaos, Daemons, etc.
"The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few, or of the one . . . unless the one is me." -- O'Shova
For structure its important to keep in mind the Ecclesiarchy is what you'd get if you mixed in a fascist cult of personality, with a gnostic mystery religion and then mixed in the guys running your local post office.
"For Lo the Emperor did say unto you, pay thy taxes using form 827a-Alpha C or else thy soul shall be racked in torment in the fires of the eternal warp. Verilly, for barring the just and noble audit, he shalt find himself sitting in the chamber of petitions, reading thus the magazines speaking of the health of women, or else of those of fame. Subsection C, paragraph twenty seven of the form involves thy citizen's identcode, make thee certain to include all relevant dashes.'
The Imperial Cult is meant to be ridiculous enough, and varied enough, to get away with most anything. Trying to compare it directly to a given real world religion, is a bit goofy.
As to the basic beliefs of the Imperial Cult. Keep in mind its full name is the 'Church of the Savior Emperor.'
I'd say its dogma would be something along the lines of...
The Emperor defends mankind, and so mankind must serve the Emperor.
