It's possible. The Soul Drinkers were previously part of the pre-Heresy Imperial Fists so they may have retained some old relics of those good old days. However, considering that Sarpedon scuttled much of the main fleet after he took control of the Chapter in favour of a Space Hulk, it's unlikely that they kept many of the relics, in the interest of being mobile. Most likely they only took geneseed stores, anything practical from the armoury, and relics with great significance to the Chapter but left behind the tanks and Dreadnoughts as they would be too difficult to move around. I'm not even sure they have workable Thunderhawks anymore.
They've still got the thunderhawks and the dreadnoughts and the tanks...those aren't things you leave behind, especially the dreads. Thunderhawks are spaceworthy ships in their own right, so no point in scuttling them.
But they certainly don't have an active First Company, and very little is mentioned of their terminator armour beyond that first duel with the Chapter Master.
