The Start Of My Story About My Inquisitor Samuel Tamar
There was a blinding flash of light and Inquisitor Samuel Tamar cursed under his breath, they had arrived too late. A massive scythe like object swung out stealing the lives of one of the best squads serving under the Inquisitor. As quickly as it had appeared the light receded to reveal the terrifying sight of the one known as Grimmael Transeer, Keeper of Secrets. The beast let out a terrifying wail and focused on one of the grey knights in front of him. He whispered to the marine who suddenly went rigid. The inquisitor let out a burst at the greater daemon not to kill him but to distract him. The daemon however was too fast and the grey knight he had focused on levelled his gun at his battle brother in front of him. His finger was just closing down of the trigger when the inquisitor brought his hammer through his legs knocking him to the ground. He levelled his pistol at his head and was about to fire when the marine snapped back to his senses and rolled to the side. He jumped up and signalled he was ok then charged into a traitor marine stabbing him in the throat. The inquisitor turned his attention back to the daemon in front of him. He pulled from his belt a scroll and unravelled it. He looked down the list and found what he was looking for Grimmael Transeer, Keeper of Secrets and followed it across the page. It was under the column marked True Names a near unpronounceable name Uuedushy'ybhuuowaki'lksyeehhgzy'yoa. He started to recite it as out of nowhere a traitor who had given up his weaponry in favour of an oversized talon barged through him knocking the parchment out of his hands. He quickly drew an oversized knife from his boot and lashed out missing by less than an inch. He brought his arm back where it was grabbed by another traitor and he did the only thing he could, he unceremoniously dropped to the ground and kicked the traitor in front of him. He then grabbed the legs of the one behind him and pulled them out from under him. In one fluid movement sprung up grabbing his knife and stabbing the kicked down traitor who was trying to regain his feet. He pick up his hammer and swung it around in an arch before bringing it down on the second traitors head he turned his attention back to the battlefield and searched for the scroll.
To be continued.....
not logical because grey knights have never turned to chaos. Still, a well written and interesting story!
Grey Knights don't give into temptation though; their whole thing is no form of corruption can touch their faith. (whether it be temptation or being turned.)

It kinda makes sense.. I mean, it's more like the grey knight is psychically controlled rather than turned to chaos. But still, grey knights have special relic gear and powers of their own to protect them against psionic attacks.
The other thing is the speed of the fight between the Inquisitor and the grey knight. An inquisitor is a pretty cool human, but he's still human. If he has to fight a space marine, let alone a grey knight, it should be the awesome apocalyptic showdown scene, not the break between fighting and more fighting.
And I think you've got the book of names a little wrong in atmosphere.. It doesn't sound like an arcane and eldrich tome of evil.. It sounds like an Argos catalogue of demons.
