This isn't a battle report as such.. rather a collection of photos from a monster 150,000 point apocalypse battle that we played this weekend at Warhammer World
It was to celebrate two birthdays in the club...
Imperium vs Xenos
Day 1 consisted of the full-on armies (approx 75K per side) slugging it out for objectives - we used Kinder Eggs - we managed 2 turns in 8 hours of play
Day 2 - more sensibly, we were limited to 3k (24k per side approx) each and Xenos were charged with the destruction of the Imperial Cathedral
Some of the images from the day (many thanks to the guys for sharing these)
Current Army Status - Chaos - 15000 points, Orks (BadMoonz) - 3000 Points - Space Wolves - 4000 Points, Necrons - 2000 Points.
Awesome Cheers for sharing!
I really do need to get my mates together for a trip to WW and use their lovely tables... only two of us have ever visited and we didn't have any models with us as we were there for Black Library Live!

How epic. Exactly the type of game I tend to shy away from. 2 turns in 8 hours!?! (Actually, with that many points, that's not all that bad.) Day 2 is more reasonable and is the type of Apoc games I do.
Anyways, I'd hate to play daemons in those games unless there was a way for them to start on the table.
