    yep good ol combat partol....this time it was assault patrol Vs assault patrol...

    My list:

    TROOPS (alpha)
    10 x Blood Angel marines
    Heavy Bolter
    Plasma gun
    Terminator honors
    Power sword
    Plasma pistol
    Total 190

    Ok we played on a 4x4 oard we ade our selves it was an open hilly field just like you would see in the country with some small rocks poking out the side of the hills and a small forest down the bottom of the hills where they meet.

    we rolled the dice to see who set up first...it was him so he set up next to the rocks for maximum cover and i set up with my scouts in the forrest and the tactical squads up top waiting to fire.

    Turn 1 (before turn one i ended up with 4 death company with jump packs)
    he got turn one because i let him so he moved his warbuggy forward 24 inches to the forrest and his kanns moved and shot at my tactical squad...no deaths...no hits...BS 2...HAHAHAHA then his mob of orks moved up as well.

    Now it was time to make the orks pay for the damage to the earth they done, my death company siffered the black rage and then jumped moving 18 inches all up right down next to the forrest, so then my blood angel scout with missile launcher said hi to the buggy...kraked it and armerment destoryed...by by big shoota. then my tactical squad with the Missile Launcher kraked a killer kan and blew it up with a penetrating hit and killed 1 ork due to a massve exsplosion... ow my Hvy bolter opend fire and killed 2 orks.

    Turn 2
    he moves forward to his full potential again and his trukk boys get out and WAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH into my death company wile his kans shoot...OMG they hit something and wile hitting a tactical marine they wound and i save...
    the trukk boys suffer bad when it cam to assaulting my death company lossing 2 wile i have to save due to wounds..i shrug of 4 wound and take a wound...my first casualty of the day..

    my turn i let loose and shoot the hell out of the ork mob with bolters and kill 2 and then my missile launcher squad rips open a killer kan and he looses yet another one to a penetrating hit. wile my scout sqad joins the fight with deat company hitting from behind. ok my scouts take a casualty and my death compay is fine wile the orks loose 5 so they a forced to fall back because they are cowards. wile my death company chases them and destroyes them leaving the scout sqaud behind.

    Turn 3 the ork mob WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH's into death company before shooting and killing a death company member and the kands follow. i end up loosing another death company member to assault but kiling an ork in return.

    i move my scout squad back into the forrest wile tactical squad alpha moves behind the rocks. wile beta moves into a position in the open getting ready. the death company hold his own and kills an ork. they fall back like panzy's. so death company man moves towards the forrest.

    Turn 4 ok killer kans shoot at the death company man and kills him. wile the mob retors it self and sits near the edge of the forrest.

    i get my scouts to shoot at the trukk seeing as tho it wasent doing anyting, beta squad shoots at the last kan and imobalizing it then the hvy bolter firs at the kan and it then gets blown up.

    Turn 5 the orks have caved in...the move to my scous and shoot...not close enough to assault. my scout squad moves and fires pistols and then my tacktical squads fiiish them off.

    for me..i slaughtered the crap outta them.

    i discovered that i used a starnge comabt patrol because it was filled out with marines and i see alot oif patrols where they use vheicles...but i won by alot.

    his plan was to get his trukk boyz into my tactical squad tying them up for a wile and then his kand getting there and finishing them wile his mob kills my scaouts and d company. i sure made sure that didnt happen... :rofl:

    so what do u think?

    P.S. Blood angels rule, the anger lets us ignore wounds ...hehehe

    All well and good, my money would have been on the Marines simply because it was almost man-for-man, and one marine always beats one ork.

    Your death company get a free rhino, but they can only have jump packs if accompanied by a chaplain with a jump pack, if I'm not mistaken. That was a bit unfair on your part, maybe. Maybe the Rhino would have made it even tougher on the Orks...but the 18" move and assault just ruined his whole battle plan!

    I'm almost 100% sure Death Company always have the choice of a Rhino or Jump Packs.

    Just double checked. They may always take a Rhino or Jump Packs at no additional points cost.

    im a blood angels player too and everytime me friend battles me he gets scared of the death company lol. (he says they look scarey) and he trys to get away from em.

    hahahahaha death company....They will turn into DEAD company when my boyz are done with them&#33; You got pretty lucky in killing those killakanz early. If you didn&#39;t i think you would&#39;ve lost.
