Deployment, there was a single massive bunker in the Eldar deployment zone (worth all 2000 of the vps of the game) surrounded by random bits of buildings, overturned vehicles ext. The Demon Hunters set down on the right top corner, guard squads behind cover, Grey knights a little farther forward, and storm troupers in the front. The Inquisitor deployed behind a building, ratlings on top of a wall, vindicator in cover away from the army and tank in reserve. The Necron deployed in 2 groups of 18 warriors 2 destroyers and a lord, one was in cover on the left, the other back behind a building. The bunker that the eldar where in was a 2 story building (the bottom was open with just posts and staircases and the like, the top was a bunker, plus there was a roof) reapers, rangers, D-cannons went in the bunker, the guardians went on ether side of the bunker. Warp spiders on the left flank with the farseer on the jetbike, the wraithlord on the right, all vehicles in the center behind the compound. (The falcon was carrying the farseer) the banshees and fire dragons where under the bunker
They moved forward, tried to assault a guard with 2 destroyers, crappy rolls and failed to wound. The death cult assassins attacked a different one, they succeed, but it didnâ€™t matter.
Turn 1 Eldar
I move out my fire dragons and my banshees within â€śreach out and smack youâ€? range of the death cult assassins. Wraithlord moves forward, spiders move twice to the left (no warp losses) to flank the necrons, all vehicles move 8 inches to the roof of the bunker.
(Bike seer casts Fortune on the spiders, he does this though the entire game without getting a perils of the warp. He also guides the vipers. Normal seer casts guide on falcon, which he is in, he does this every turn too.) Reapers shoot at ratlings only 1 EML and 3 rockets hit (sigh*) killing 5 ratlings (they pass leadership of 6.., wow). Rangers do a wound on a death cult assassin. 3 Fire dragons fire at the same one, failing to wound. 4 banshees firing fail to wound too. D-cannons scatter way offâ€¦ proving that this assassin is invulnerable. Guided Vipers fires at destroyers, 6 shot 3 hits (gahhh guided too) 1 wound (1s are us). The falcon owns 5 warriors (yay good rolls). Guardians kill a storm trooper with a star cannon. And the guardians donâ€™t hit anything with their lance, same with the wraithlord.
The Wraithlord crushes the perfect health assassin with a over 3 times her strength hit (sploot)

WBB= Everthing save for one warrior gets back upâ€¦ the Necron player thought it was funny as hell.
Everything moves forward, destroyers move into the open with LOS on everything I own, Grey Knights move towards the WL.
The destroyers own my bansheesâ€¦ killing 5 of them (pass leadership) The Grey Knights fire there guns at my WLâ€¦ wounding on 6s = 5 wounds, 3 saves = a WL with 1 wound (bull**** I say bull****). ratlings shoot the WL, but do nothing, vindicator out of range LOL
The Kinghts charge my WL and kill itâ€¦ (gahhh so many 6s) loosing 2 to the WLs fists. Fortunately he was too busy laughing to charge his assassin.
Bull****!!!! I was set for a crappy downhill game with a fist turn like that. Reapers with only 40% accuracy, rolling 1s n 2s for my Vipers, plus an assassin that couldnâ€™t fail her invulnerable save, goddamit. The only thing going for me was my falcon, but it only kept 1 warrior down. And the Kights that roll pure 6sâ€¦ why do I bother, I have never seen a WL die so fast in my life, and to 1 squad too.
Turn 2 Eldar
Banshees move towards the â€śKinghts of the sixâ€?. falcons move 8 inches back behind the building (but for readings sake I will put their shooting the shooting section) the spiders move up to the closer warrior squad.
The reapers suffer a lack of targets, and are forced to fire on a squad of IG foot sloggers, only 1 EML and 4 Rockets hit (lol I was laughing at this too, I mean they must have hangovers or something) and again only 5 die (they pass leadership somehow). Rangers shoot pointlessly at the â€śKnights of the sixâ€?. All my vehicles (falcon guided again) shoot up the destroyers killing only 3 of themâ€¦ so close 4 and they would all be gone. Two star cannons hitting all of twice. Guardians star cannon kills 2 more storm troupers. Fire dragons kill 2 â€śKnights of the sixâ€? (6 left), banshees shootâ€¦ and nothing happens, armor takes it all. My Fortuned (and guided too) Spiders take a 5 man chunk out of Warriors 17 hits 15 wounds 10 armor saves, almost perfect statistics. Guardians shoot the death cult assassin to death. D-cannons kill a single â€śKnights of the sixâ€? leaving 5.
My 4 banshees charge the knights of the 6, 14 attacks, 4 hits, 0 woundsâ€¦ ummâ€¦ STUPID KNIGHTS. They hit backâ€¦ not a single banshee makes her armor save, they all die â€¦ STUPID KNIGHTS
Spiders jump back out of range to lure them away.
Turn 2 other people
Reserve, makes a 6 and the tank is on board, coming in on the far side of the field
WBB = 4 warriors get back up and 2 destroyersâ€¦ Jesus, so far 80% have gotten back up
Still moving forward, destroyers bugger off behind a building, and 1 warrior squad chases my Spiders
Ratlings donâ€™t get anything, Warriors shoot the spiders, thanks to Fortune, only lose 1 guy in a 30 round burst. Destroyers (now 1 squad of 3 thanks to WW do the same, this time I donâ€™t lose any. Russ fires at the exposed side of the falcon, scatters bad, and lands right in the middle of my vipers, if this was 3ed I would have cried, but thx to 4ed, they never got penetrated. Vindicator having moved cant shoot.
The 5 â€śKinghts of the sixâ€? charge my fire dragons and wipe them completely outâ€¦ STUPID KNIGHTS
Im getting closed in on!!!, and I still cant hit ANYTHING, and the â€śKinghts of the sixâ€? are still near invulnerable, and a stones toss from my bunker. Plus that tank is going to own meâ€¦ badly
Turn 3 Eldar
Not much to do, spiders move slightly up so they can get full shots, guardians run out into no mans land in a vague attempt at getting that BL 36in away from the tank. My tanks move back on top of the bunker.
My reapers open up on the â€śKinghts of the sixâ€? and rip them to pieces, I guess they can finally aim again, hitting all but 1 shot. (doing a little happy dance, do doo doo do doooo) snipers peg a storm trouper, followed by the guardians and their star cannon, wiping them out. (ahh a little breathing room) vipers hit the warriors, killing 4. My D-Cannon fires at the inquisitor, killing a skull thing, and my Falcon issues an ass kicking on the Inquisitor, murdering skulls everywhere, leaving him fairly unprotected. Spiders do the same as last time wounding 4 warriors this time.
Spiders jump back, as to keep leading them, one getting sucked into the void, 7 left

WBB = 3 of the 4 get back up, holding true to godly WBB rolls
Same as last time, IG are getting very close sticking to LOS blocking cover, warriors stop raging directly towards the Warp spiders and kinda to a corner wise thing towards my bunker, the inquisitor cowardly runs behind a building. My buddies cursing themselves for placing foot-slogging infantry so far back. Destroyers whip out into no mans land again.
Warriors donâ€™t do anything to warp spiders again, mostly because only a fraction could fire at them, destroyers shoot my vipers getting 2 glancing hits, first was a weapon destroyed, second was a crew shaken, but it was negated by the stones. The Tank fires again, this time AT MY SPIDERS, damit ap3, but again crappy scatter, misses completelyâ€¦ wooo, close. Vindicater takes a shot at my EML reaper, but fails to wound
Honestly it is great seeing some kills, but I think it may be too late, I cant slow his swarms of guard as well as I planed
Turn 4 Eldar
Tanks move back, but fire first again you will find that in the shooting section. The BL guardians still running out into the field, guardians move back delaying the arrival of the guardsmen.
Getting closed in on very quickly I set my sights on the necron, I mean, could shoot at the emerging guardsmen, but the Necron are scarier. The reapers chew though the untouched squad killing 7 YAY, star cannon gets 2 more, falcon gets 4 more 18 down to 5, not bad at all (pass leadership though). Spiders pick on the same warriors getting 4 kills, the D-cannon turns their sights on the now close enough squad (the ones the spider where picking on) with the 2 rounds I hit 4 warriors, and a partial the lord, (not joined). I get a hit of the partial and wound him, getting an INTSANT DEATH!!!!, and down he goes, 3 warriors also go down, but who cares. The BL guardians, still out of range, shot a destroyer and bringing it down.

WBB = 22 Necrons = 11 get back up, FINALY an average WWB roll, I mean it wasnâ€™t even crappy, just average PS the destroyer got back up AGAIN, 3rd time killing it. But most of all, he rolled a 3 for his lord and failed YAY and the D-cannons just paid back my 100 points in multiples.
Desyers move back to the spiders, Warriors close in on my base.
His warriors total my Bl Squad bringing it down to the warlock and the 2 gunners, but I get snake eyes on my leadership so they donâ€™t break. The destroyers get 1 more spider, down to 6. The vindicator shoots the warlockâ€¦ and he dies, mehâ€¦ I didnâ€™t need that 5plus cover save but it does force a leadership check, but yay for me I pass. (everyone was laughing at this, determined guardians man) Guardsmen pop out of everywhere and shoot up my guardians 3 and a half squads of lasgun will do this. His tank makes a second shot on my spiders, missing again!!!! LOL that tank cant hit ****.

Crap, Iâ€™m screwed, Iâ€™m completely surrounded my far more men then I could ever kill, here goes my last stand. Even though my shooting is finally looking up.
Turn 5 Eldar
My Vehicles charge their ass, getting tank shock on 3 of their guardsmen units, but as this game seems to be going all units passed (everyone is fearless it seems LOL)
Reapers shoot the upper squad of warriors killing 5 out of 10, not the best, and they passed moral too, D-cannons scatter into oblivion when used against the Necrons. My vehicles shooting everything they had at the guardsmen, and actually using the twin linked shercan catapults, for the first time, in lot of games. totaled 13 of them bringing the swarm from 35 to 22 and the squad of 5 that needed a moral check passedâ€¦ of course LOL. My warp spiders sat around, because I forgot about them, sigh* The foot slogging BL squad finally making it to range and FIRES!!! 6 to hit, everyone is oohing and awing, and the damage roll isâ€¦.. 1â€¦ blast I kinda expected thatâ€¦ oh well it was worth a try.

Guardsmen move right up next to the bunker warriors still closerâ€¦ they are practically right up against it too.
Warriors disintegrate the BL squadâ€¦ Total overkill, the second squad shoots the bunker, breaching itâ€¦ not good. And the destroyers get 3 glances on my falconâ€¦ (WOW good rolling, the 6s are back), 6 and 1 stones negate YAYâ€¦ 2 and 3 stones fail, pooâ€¦ 6 and 6, blastâ€¦ BOOM. Farseer jumps ship taking a wound. The Lord hits the snipers, even with there 2+ cover, killing 1, and the first moral check in the game failsâ€¦ they run away, not that I would blame them.
Guardsmen mass charges my ass, with excellent rolls killing the reapers and 1 guardian manning the D-cannon.
Turn 6 Eldar
Spiders move in
Spiders pointlessly kill 3 warriors, Viper is left there, I had kinda given up.
1 and 2 = 3inâ€¦ mmm flayers in the face
guardsmen finish off my guardians.
Turn 6 other people
WBB = 2 get up and no one cares
The entire Necron army encircles my warp spiders.
****loads of flaying power hits my spiders, and get reduced to 3â€¦ actually pretty good given the fire power, they donâ€™t break though.
The game is over.
Overall it was a good game, I was kinda messed at the beginning my **** rolls, and losing my WL that fast. I should have kept my banshees back, but they arenâ€™t much good in sideâ€¦ actually they would have been. Next time I will leave them in the bunker, that last assault would have gone much differently if I had had them in there.
So what do you think? Any good, there was some blunders on both sides, but hey, hindsight is 20/20.
