Armies: Yah, I played in a game at my store, It was 2 squads of any choice, there was four of us, Uthwe - 7 farseers, 8 warlocks, and a squad of 15 or so Banshees, Orkz - 2 truck things, one with custom mega blaster, other with flamer, and a squad of ork bikers, Daemonhunters - a brother captain & 4 termis, and a squad of 10 grey knights w/ 1 incinerator and 1 psycannon, and Tau (me) 6 stealth suits & 3 battle suits (2 deathrains & 1 Fireknife)
Set up: the way were set up, was one in each corner we had to roll for deployment so this is how it went: the Orks were in top left, Uthwe in bottom left, Daemonhunters in top right, and me in bottom right. The table was about 3' by 6' so the grey knights and I were pretty close while staying a good distance from the Orkz and Uthwe.
Turn 1: The turns started with Uthwe and went clockwise so I was last, so I just got to sit around and relax for the first two turns and watch Uthwe and the Orkz have at each other like savages. On the third turn the knights moved closer to me and the termis opened up on my stealth suits but luckily rolled a fifteen for the spotting distance and they didn't get to shoot. Luckily the squad of knights were only in LOS of my suits with 3 people and failed to hit with four of his six shots and the other two were easily protected against. So now it was my turn, the only weapon in my arsenal capable of negating a 2+ save was my plasma rifle so I decided to concentrate my fire on the knights (who were at this time a bigger threat anyways) my eighteen shots from my stealth squad downed four knights alone (which would have caused a panic test to all but the stirdiest of troops) and the two deathrain and fireknife suits failed to do damage. After jumping back into cover I ended my turn.
Turn 2: At this point the Uthwe player offered a truce for me to help with the trucks that were decimating his banshees with the custom mega blaster. basically what happened on his turn was his seer council assaulted the bikers and killed all but two who escaped cowardly and ran so far away that they will have no effect for the rest of the game. The banshees now down to a mere 6 models moved towards the termis, hoping to get into combat before they get gunned down. On the knights turn he moved his termis closer to where the the farseers are (but still remained a good deal away) since his psycannon will do some intense damage (which he so kindly points out for us) his knights move to a position where he can easily see one of my crisis suits and opens up with all he has, wounding with 9 hits after a bad roll I'm left with a wounded death rain and only the fireknife left. It's payback time... on my turn the Stealth squad desperately move from the cover out into the open, hoping that the 18 shots will be enough to take out the 6 remaining knights. They destroyed all but the justicar who only came back due to his bionics. Using the targeting array (or whatever that thing is called) the deathrain shot two missles at rear armour of the trucks destroying the custom mega blaster, and having the extra armour block the other missle, while the fireknife finishes off the remaining justicar with his plasma rifle.
Conclusion: To fast forward a little bit, the Orkz were taken out on turn 4 (by my deathrain) the farseer council killed all but the Brother Captain in CC, who made his Bionics role four times in a row! After that the Captain dealt a wound to a warlock and the weak eldar failed to cause any wounds, the captain ran down an entire seer council (minus one warlock). After that the captain was easy pickings to the stealth squad and crisus suits. In the end I lost one crisis suit, dealt a wound to another and lost a stealth suit to a psycannon shot as the Brother Captain tried his beast to fend for his filthy life. Well there it is, I won everyone was complaining about how I just hid from everyone and shot from far away.
Comment, do anything you want, I dont care... just no flaming.... yah, I'm talkin to you... flamer...

Technically, this is in the wrong thread. There is one for Battle Reports, but whatever.
I didn't actually read it yet, mainly because the lack of spacing makes it difficult:wacko:
Just hit enter a couple times between "phases". Something like this. . .
Background info: His army has this, mine has this, we're playing this game
Set Up: Terrain, where he deploys, where you deploy, how the dice rolling goes
The Battle: From beggining to end. Often spacing a line or two between each turn
Conclusion: just that.
I'll post more after I read it...
Half Gods are worshiped with Wine and Flowers. Real Gods are worshiped in Blood.
Blood for the Blood God! Beer for the Bronze Keg!

Posting in the right forum is one great thing.
Ignoring the capslock button is always a good thing, not just on forums but everywhere else.
Yea I agree with the othes when they saw it was not that great of a batreep. Also, Ork Boikes never run, they are fearless, get yourt rules straight.
Well unlike all the other ppl who posted only bad things, i thought it was a rather good bat rep
I found it interesting to read and nice job on your win!
Good luck at gamesworkshop! I hope to see another battle report!
