For anyone familiar with Medusa V (duh!) and the Cities fo Death book:
Does the book contain enough scenarios to play a smalll club campaign based around Medusa V? I do not have any experience doing 40K campaings but me and my friends would like to try somethig new. As I cannot see the CoD book in person, it is hard for me to decide if spending $20 + S&H is worth it, or should I rely on Medusa V fluff and Rulebook sample scenarios and maybe buy the battlemat for urban table?
I do not care about the modeling/painting/hobby parts of the book, but I guess the special strategical bonuses explained in it might be worth $20 alone?
Also, will the website made scenarios availiable too all, or only registered visitors?
Yes it does. You have five missions and there ares ix Special missions. For a total of eleven missions. The store I am playing at will use eieght of them. One a week. I had a blast last night. We played Firesweep.
Why use science and education when ignorance and superstition will work just as well.
Thanks! I got the book. We might use it for some in-house games.
I'd say get it if you have the small (Battle for Maccrage) version of rulebook.
If you have the big one (regular one) get one for the club/group of people that you play with...
