Listen up ya gitz! Mech Eldar are tough but not as tough as my boyz!

Deployment will consist of the grot shield, boyz and battlewagon in the middle. My Warboss will be there too and will be embarked on the battlewagon for the first turn.

My light vehicles will be deployed on the right flank and will hunt down the Eldar light vehicles.

The general plan is to charge across the battlefield and chop the Eldar into salami. The warboss will be able to keep good order in the mob while I'm getting shot at too.

This will be tough due to the mobility of the Eldar but I'm confident that I can catch them and get some more skulls for my pointy stick!

Yeah this is just like another battle in round 2, I going with SUNTZU. Too many numbers for the Eldar to handle.

    Swntzu

I vote Swntzu, he has an awful lot of models.
Saint just doesn't have enough guns to take them all on.
Although 2 dire avenger squads with bladestorm is a LOT.

I think the eldar have this one. The large units of grots have a very limited range, which will allow the eldar to run rings around them, and then they can bladestorm the more powerful units and smash the lighter vehicles with their better guns.

    signedsealedsaint ftw

    Eldar FTW!

I think the eldar have this one in the bag.

Great shooting, high volume killing dakka and superior mobility will mow the orks down, I'm afraid.

On its face, the Orkz appear to have a huge advantage with its numbers. But as it's been pointed out, the Eldar are going to run circles around the primatives and take them apart piece-meal. They have their work cut out, though.

I hear a lot of this run circles stuff..

but with 199 ork models on the board.. where exactly are the eldar going to run apart from backwards?

Additionally, do the fairies even have enough fire power to mow down all the orks?

presuming that the orks just sat there and did nothing.
not all the fairies start in range.

the holofield transporters certainly can't make a dent on their number.
The fire dragons would be better off with bolters.

seriously. Presuming that the orks started next to the fairies and don't do anything, I highly doubt that the eldar could destroy their number.

Now, consider that the eldar will be out of range for the first couple of turns AND that the orks WILL muller anything in combat, and it doesn't look good.

Holofields or not, you can't destroy that many orks. It's a simple case of numbers.

    Suntzu for the win.

    SUNTZU for the win.

The eldar are going to have no where to go. The orks are going to cover the board. The eldar dont have enough bullets to really dent the ork forces enough to get the VP needed to win. Every thing that dies on the eldar side score good points for the orks.

Would be a good game but I give the edge to the hoard on this one.
