    Tactics:
Haemonculi go with the wyches. Alpha strike if possible. 9 Plasma Cannon templates and 9 more dark lances should put a dent in most forces. The nightshields are meant to protect the raiders from as much return fire as possible, specifically from meltaguns, other forms of potent short range tankbusting, rapid fire, and 36" range weaponry. Shredders and destructors kill off any infantry.

Simple plan really, Phalanx formation. Keep the res orb dead center of the formation as much as possible, to cover all the warriors.

    Against Gunlines:

Run forward with everything. Shoot the best targets first, kill them off their objectives/ stop them claiming any. Use cover as much as possible. (Well, not everything, i will go for objectives, obviously)

    Against Combat lists:

Stand and shoot them, use spyders to punish/ scare off assaulters. Claim objectives late-game.

    Against heavy ordnance:

Try to take it out quick, form up for minimum damage taken. Don't stray from the res orb.

    Simple list, simple plan.

That just too much Dark lance for the Necrons, and too fast.
    I vote for DE.
DARK ELDAR likely win this game.

37 Necrons and one Lord. That means the Dark Eldar need to kill 28 Necrons permanently to inflict Phase Out. The single Lord is the problem here, with the lack of long range firepower. The Necrons need to place the Spyders in the front line, and protect the warriors carefully. The DE need to assault the three units of warriors, or shoot them a lot. They can probably kill the first unit of warriors easily, but a good Necron player will keep the unit escorting the Lord, and the Lord, in cover. Good rolls from the DE player will wipe the lord out, and a bad rolls from the Necron will mean the Lord stays down. However, doing this would dedicate lots of firepower to the warriors, letting the spyders close on and the Destroyers shoot freely. Nothing really challanges the monolith, and the ability to reroll WBB is important. That, and Warriors joining other units if needed thanks to the spyders, making it more difficult to destroy a unit as time goes on.

It's close, but I think Eternal Foot Sloggers win this one.

My vote is heading towards the Dark Eldar, because there is a lot of firepower there for the Necrons to cope with. It's a close one though.

I vote for Kabal of the Steel Wing.

Annihilation against Necrons is a sort of all or nothing affair but I think the fire power and speed of the DE will just see them through.

Vote for the pointy ears Dark Eladr win.

The only thing I see presenting any serious problem for the dark eldar is the monolith, which can be phased out, I'm gonna give this to the Kabal of the Steel Wing.

I agree with Lemt on this one.

The res orb means that the necrons will be getting their WBB rolls against the lances.

The tomb-spyders add a significant CC punch and the destroyers will make short work of ravagers. The tomb-spyders are excellent screens and the destroyers will take out two ravagers turn 1.

It's simply a matter of easy KP for the necrons. The dark eldar need to phase out the necrons to win and I can't see that happening.

A solid necron list for the win.

The "A Smart Player Will..." theory is a complete paradox. If we make an assumption that everything we do is outsmarted, then theoretically we can never win.

I have to agree with the above stated easy kill points for the crons, If the monolith drops close to multiple raiders It should mess with a few of them and from then on it will be free to do as it wishes, If the necron player managed to screen his warriors and use the monolith reroll well then I think he'd be able to hold out and rack up the kill points especialy with the help of the destroyers so my vote goes to NECRONS

And you also have to consider that the gauss weapons on the cron's can take out those raiders!

Much like the above posts! - My vote goes for the Necrons!

To me this looks like phase out turn 3 or 4 at the latest as long as the DE player isn't shy about losing raiders to take out the destroyers and focusses everythign else on teh warriors. Dark Eldar for the win.
