The Voidravens will develop to the centre front of my deployment zone,The raider with Incubi and Archon will go slightly to the right, and my raider with Haemonculus and Grotesques will devlop at the right of that, the ravager will develop slightly to the left, my troops and Scourges are kept in reserve.
In the first turn, the Voidraven will fire their Void Lances at the Hydra's (shouldn't last past turn 1) The dissie ravager is a little short on targets, so shall fire on the Scout Sentinels, where volume of fire is bound to do something the raiders the Grotesques will go twards the LR demolisher but remain in cover, and try to make a shot at them with the DL, The Archon and Incubi are on troopkillduty,
As soon as the Scourges and Warriors arrive, the Scourges (by DS) will try to disable the gripphons, while Warriors finish of troops, or things which evaded their other fate, while the Wracks capture the objectives

Griffons to the bottom right of the DZ hugging the building, 1 unit if sentinels in front of it. Chimeras In front of demolishers about 24" in from the left hand edge. Hydras on the left hand edge with 1 unit of sentinels in front. Objective is 12" in from the same edge with the infantry units spread out between hydra and demolishers, maximise spacing. 1 unit of sentinels outflanking. Yarrick in melta squad chimera.
First 2 turns shoot transports. Assume he has everything deployed. Order is Grotesque transport, archon transport, voidravens, ravager, wrack transports, warrior transports. Outflanking sentinels go for his obj. chimera units will move up T3 onwards. Demolisher targets grotesques when debussed. All HK missiles to fire T1. If infantry is killed the plasma squad will sit on objective.
Vote closes on Friday the 6th of May at 1800 PM. Votes as usual must be in bold, and posted along with a reason. It doesn't have to be good mind you, just written down. Crap reasons will have no negative repercussions aside from your peers thinking you are an idiot.
If no tactics have been submitted, please assume average skill level for that player.
Ugh...this is going to be ugly...thirteen autocannons, five lascannons, two multilasers, and 17 HK missiles will obliterate every skimmer on the board on the top half of turn one...from that point on, it's footdar versus leafblower, with predicable results. The DE reserves will make a splash on arrival, but it won't be nearly enough. IG take this one without breaking a sweat.

This is the sort of circumstance where the DE must start everything in reserve in order to survive. Since he didn't, the firepower of the IG will almost certainly overwhelm them.

With the initiative sieze, the Dark Eldar player is going to lose over half of his transports in 1 turn. I am going to guess the Void Ravens might escape the devine wrath of the Emperor, but the Ravager and atleast 4 Raiders are going to get disabled. DE is going to be hard pressed to even get close enough to the Guard to do any damage. Guard ftw

Seizing the initiative really hurts. If they hadn't seized the initiative, I would say that this game would have been a draw. But IG's just caught DE with their pants down.
