Vote closes on Friday the 20th of May at 1800 PM. Votes as usual must be in bold, and posted along with a reason. It doesn't have to be good mind you, just written down. Crap reasons will have no negative repercussions aside from your peers thinking you are an idiot.
If no tactics have been submitted, please assume average skill level for that player.
Dark eldar lack of ranged anti-tank by deamons means dark eldar will have the first round of shooting wich means deamon princes will die to massed darklances and deamonettes will die to spammed liquifier guns, after that it will be a tough battle but one round of free shooting should give dark eldar the edge.
~snort~ DE against slaanesh? isn't that like "Sisters versus the inquisition?" Anyway, I'm going to have to think about this one...I'm inclined to agree that massed darklance fire hurts the daemon side, but I'm not sure that's decisive.

Classic Marnepup~snort~ DE against slaanesh? isn't that like "Sisters versus the inquisition?"
Daemons, Lashing, first turn, lack of anti-mech is less of an issue here, healthy scoring units equals good, plenty of big, scary and most importantly distracting Daemon Princes to carve through soft, supple Dark Eldar flesh They'll take a beating from the DE shooting, but I think in the end it'll go to Daemons IMO
If someone helps you, rep them.
In a votewar you don't vote on a single match, you vote on the entire round. Got that?
I think the DE shooting will score a heavy toll on them early on- because of this im leaning towards the DE.

Close, but I feel this is a list they can beat.
Don't people see here that the DP's are really a red herring? Honestly, they're not going to do much of anything. The real danger are the fiends. With a potential 24" charge radius and 36 rending S5 attacks on the charge, the fiends will take down 1 or even 2 raiders on the multi-charge. Any unit that gets disembarked by daemons are as good as dead with all those pavanes out there, even if they have FNP. Daemonettes don't care about liquifier guns as long as they're spread out, especially when they all have 5++ invulns.
DE needs to take out those fiends as priority #1, and that's really hard to do without disembarking and shooting. Unfortunately, they're more geared to take out the DP's, but if I was the daemon player, I'd be happy that they're firing at my DP's. And from the responses of the posters so far, seems like the "average tactics" of most people are to take out the monstrous creatures. Big mistake in that case.
Record: Win - Loss - Draw: Hive Fleet Pandora (New) 32-6-6 Space Wolf 7th Co. 52-11-6
Blood Angels 12-4-2 Daemonhunters 20-8-3
Imperial Guards 12-5-2 Daemons 8-3-2
Gotta agree with JY2 here. Speed and feroicty of feinds wins this one, and if they knock out the raiders/ ravagers quick enough, I think the DE will be overwhelmed with threats for a Deamon victory
Your friendly neighbourhood gargantuan creature
I'm convinced, I was going DE until the fiend / av player hitting the MC's was pointed out.
