start nothing. Walk in castle on top R hill. Walk in piranhas and devil fish far left. pathfinders going into building at top of map
he will no doubt be coming at me full tilt. So I will run my 4 vehicle convoy for his objective while castling on my own. Slow him down by swamping him with drones that will force him to do useless backwards assaults. Survive with my mech long enough to tank shock objectives and go for the win double shocking if I have to to make a wall so he is off of the objective and can't get back in without destroying 2 tanks.
Railguns are just high str shootas vs no mech with all invulnerable saves so pie plate the fiends from the start. Broadsides on HQ then princes.
Mpods vs chariot then fiends. Get flamethrower hits if I can on whatever comes to assault me. Then jsj away and assault with kroot. Slow him by throwing the piranhas and 1 devil fish in the way.

tau decent tactics will kill a lot of deamons although when the assaults come tau will face horrendous cassualties deamons wont have enough left so when they kill the first bunch the second will rapidfire them to death. i think that with good tactics deamons might have won but with average tactics tau should triumph if narrowly.
Very tight victory for the Tau. Cannot stress how many Tau bodies will hit the fan if the Slaanesh made it through the defenses. I think that the fiends will chew through the tanks floating around on their objective. But then only a single unit of Daemonettes will be trying score. Army is spread too thin against the Tau who know what they're doing.
