    Notes:
Fairly straight forward. Infiltrate close, and pulverize the enemy in Close Combat. Stealth Adept enhances the cover saves of my units, allowing them to survive shooting matches. Meltaguns deal with any armour and MCs that might happen to show up. If expecting Monstrous Creatures (such as Greater Daemons) then the squads will team up to take it down through shooting as best as possible, finishing it off with Powerfist attacks.

The Lts. join the Troops choices to add a bit of punch to them. If necessary, they can split off to Wind of Chaos a different unit that the one the Troops will engage.

Wind of Chaos: Cover Saves? What Cover Saves? Armour Saves? What Armour Saves? Enemies get none of those.

Also, it is worth pointing out that each unit is/has a sorcerer, which allows them to detect any ambushes that await them.

If it weren't for the Stealth Adept, I'd say the Iron Warriors Chaos list has a good chance at winning this. But, taking into account the massive amounts of blocking terrain and the 4+ cover saves of the Night Lords, I think they have a huge advantage. The Oblits, while mean looking, will account for possibly one kill a turn between them. The Predator can also only claim a single kill, and both Oblits and Predator need to have LoS before they can even fire.

Add in the fact that the Iron Warriors list has zero potential in Close Combat, and you'll see that the Night Lords will simply walk over them.

Edit - helps if I vote, huh?

Shooty Chaos versus Infiltrating Close Combat Chaos.

The Shooty guys have the number, but Night Lords get to fight on their terms. Even if all the Chaos special weapons get a kill and they get lucky with their bolters, they should only kill one of the squads. One and a half if they're really lucky, but I don't see that happening. Then they will eat Melta and Powerfisty anti-power-armor goodness, not to mention Winds of Chaos.

As long as they can get near it (and they should be able to thanks to the jungle) the Predator will be toasted by Melta or charging powerfists.

I'm gonna hand it to the Night Lords.

I agree the Night Lords will win. The initiative is to the Night Lords and the Iron Warriors can only bring their firepower to bear when it's too late. They will be crushed in CC.
