Imperial Guard have lots of firepower. The Land Speeders for the ravenwing will have to eventualyl come out from behind cover to shoot, and when that happens, Imperial Guard can return fire at the Land Speeders, at least taking down 1.

The Ravenwing bikers will probably speed-boost forward the fisrt turn, and be able to assault the next turn, which means trouble for the Guard. I think if they keep their squads relativley isolated, at least enough so when the bikers destroy their target, the imperial guard can lit them up.

For now, I'm gonna vote Imperial Guard.

Another close match, but I think the combined Heavy Bolters with the Sentinels' Multilasers (and the Grenade Launchers, of course) will prove to be too much for the two Land Speeders to handle, and they will have to go down quick. I can't see the IG player focusing on the Bikers so much - even if they reach CC, they will have trouble once they get out of it, because all of the IG's firepower will be focused on such a small unit.

The Ravenwing can dish out a hefty amount of firepower, but I'm not convinced that its enough to counter the IG's own.

Imperial Guard win on this one.

A much different fight than the other IG/Ravenwing fight.

This time the Guard is packing alot of heat. The bikes and speeders wont have enough time to get in range to be effective at all with all the shells flying at them.

    I'm for the Imperial Guard.

    Going with the flow here.

Unlike in the other fight this veteran sergeant isn't as godlike as the captain. He won't be able to take down the guard singlehandedly. Guard can shoot down everything else (as they could in the last fight) and the vet serge just can't do the final amounts of damage necessary to get his victory points higher.

    I vote Imperial Guard.

Interesting IG list there, and it just might have what it takes to bring down that cheesewing.. I mean ravenwing patrol. In fact, the loads of medium strength multishot weapons in the IG arsenal makes it almost perfect for killing land speeders. And with the land speeders gone, the marines are nothing. IG wins this battle.

    Imperial Guard for the win.
It'll be close and bloody. In the right situation the ravenwing could easily win.
But there's overwhelming fire power and only two land speeders.

The bikes can only engage 1 squad a turn. The land speers can only shoot (in total) two squads. That gives a massive amount of pain still coming the speeder's way. Then it's a case of mop up.

Still, i be the guard player wishes he took an autocannon or two now eh?

The Speeder's will hind behind cover and blow the sentinels but will themselfs be downed by all the muti-shot weapons that the guard have.

The commander is too slow to take a big part in this battle, the bikes will boost into one guard squad but will be shot to death by the rest of the guard army as they have the firepower to cause more wounds a turn then the 4 bikers can save.
