The Havocs will really mess up the Dreadnoughts leaving the knights will nothing past 24" range
and so will have to move up towards the choas forces with nothing more then storm bolters to get past the power armour and the T5 Plague Marines.

So shooting is out so how about close combat? Khorne Berserkers,Plague Marines,Bloodletters, Chaos Space Marines with a hidden powerfist and a Chaos Lord mean that the grey knights are beaten at range and in close combat.

yeah I have to agree with KOS-MOS the daemonhunters have jsut been eliminated. Plague Marines are good against them and I think berserkers are better in cc (someone feel free to prove me wrong). All the plasma guns in the chaos list will also make their points back several times over.

Grey Knights finally get a mission where they aren't vsing 3 heavy artillery. Deep-strike will help them a lot here as they can take objectives.

But yeah the dreads will be silenced and the grey knights are outgunned. I'm open to any arguments but I think chaos has this one.

Chaos has no vehicles so the two ranged dreads are kind of wasted. All those Tank hunting havocs will make the dreads lives pretty short anyway. Chaos has more Anti-MEQ shooting and the bloodletters will tear the GK's a new one (and they get to keep coming back if they do manage to get themselves wiped out).

    Anyway Chaos wins

Chaos for fluff also. So now that the GK's are fighting demons why'd they leave all their anti-demon gear back on the strike cruiser?
The meat things seek to destroy ourselves. They hunt us as we hunt them but they are weak and uncertain. Bring them understanding of the power of ourselves through our strength and their fear. The inferior flesh will be entirely destroyed, all fragments will be smashed. Ourselves will fight to the last, all weak flesh must be consumed

Well, I think chaos may have this one, although the Grey Knights will be able to go through those bloodletters faster than most. As for now, Chaos gets my Fluff Vote. It's pretty neat to see a Black Legion list with two different Marked units. Quite rare these days I hear.

Fluff Vote for Grey Knights Army is full of only greyknights and would look pretty sweet. I think Chaos will win easily. Unless the grey knight dreads can get into combat quick they are toast.
