Guess I will work on my army a bit faster, get all the fluff nailed down at least, and work with Savant and another friend on here (Gorbagz or something) if he wants to run his Orks. Other than that, might get Vassal once more and lose consecutively on there.

If you guys want to try organizing something, that's absolutely fine. You don't necessarily have to play only LO members either, though we're still working the system out for that. You can get a good idea of where other members are located in the Gaming Clubs subforum. There's also a UK Meetup happening currently (just ending, actually) and there will be a USA Meetup in Chicago later in the month (check the Meetups forum for details).

Well, Lost Nemesis is the main man behind it, but basically LO is running a campaign in a similar fashion to the Medusa V campaign run by GW a few summers ago, where everyone played their own battles and then reported in on the results. So basically, members of LO have battles, then they report back to the recording team about the results, and at the end of the campaign they'll count up all the results and announce the winner.

That's how I understand it anyway. I could be totally wrong.

We will be posting a process by which to report your battles, as well as a ton of additional information, sometime on July 10th (or that weekend). Essentially, you'll just play battles during the five weeks of the campaign as normal, and send a PM battle report with a certain list of information to one of our recorders. Those results will affect the outcome of the campaign for each faction, influencing the story and so on.

All you really have to do, as the player, is play battles and report them. We'll have more information posted including a step by step process on how to do it, as well as a FAQ in case anyone has any more specific questions regarding the campaign.
