Rep Power: 3 ![]() | ![]() Step 1: move up to 25 to 30 inchs away from the enemy you want to shoot at Step 2: shoot at the enemy, lets do some mathhammer, asuming your fighting MEQs, 12 shots at BS 3 = 6 hits with str 5 = 4 wounds = 2.64 deaths (we'll round it up to 3) Step 3: when the enemy moves foward to get in to range you move back Step 4: repeat Important notes: - Always go second or this tactic wont work - Look at the picture if the writing doesn't make sense to you - Your going to have to improvise once your opponent catches on Hope you like it tell me if it works for you or what you think I should change

When you move with a Rapid Fire weapon, such as the Pulse Rifle, the range goes down to 12". So assuming the opponent moves his squad 6" every turn, and you move 6" back in response, you'll never be in range of the opponent's squad after the first volley of shots, until the units are within 12" of one another. I don't see how you can continuously fire at over 12" after that first round?

Nope, it won't work. It could provide a nice lure for a Mont'ka strategy though, especially if you know the enemy will try to close the distance as you retreat...
