Neither of your armies have a weapon that does rending. To name two weapons that have rending; Assault Cannon and rending claws from genestealers. What is rending? It is the ability to ignore armour saves and penetrate armour.
Why use science and education when ignorance and superstition will work just as well.
Read about rending weapons in the rulebook.
Don't post the rules. The above is fine, though next time include a page reference. Thanks. ~LN

A friendly reminder that you shouldn't ask for direct rules/stats/point costs, nor give them
Nonetheless, if you take a look at the Witch Hunters "Faith" table, there is a Faith called "Divine Guidance". That is, pretty much, a lower class Rending (although still significantly potent).
As mentioned before, take a squizz at page 46 of the Rulebook (Special Close Combat Attacks) it's at the bottom right of that page

As mentioned by jONESIE, please don't ask for rules here on LO as it breaches copyright set up by GW. Asking for a page reference is a-okay, however, and if you really need to then feel free to do so.
Going to close this thread as the question was answered. Cheers.
