    Apocalypse army organisation

I recently bought Apocalypse, and reading though it I found something that can't be right. It says on pg 199 that the force organisation chart doesn't apply, but I see no substitute in it's place. Does this mean I can just take anything and call it an army? That I could just smack 10 baneblades down and call it a 5000 point list?

what do you call a lasgun with a laser sight?

Ok, thanks. That's what I thought it was, but I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

you do have to take legal units. only some restrictions are lifted, like the 0-1 for instance for some choices.
for the rest it is whatever you like.

yeah, you could do that, but i'd probably summon "foot of gork" and kick your arse, literally. Then summon "foot of mork" and use the pair to walk out of there.

How about codex specific restrictions? For expample the IG's limit of one conscript platoon and armoured fist squad per infantry platoon. Could I just take loads of conscripts to beef up the model count and not worry about the main infantry platoons?
