Okay in wd291 there was this AMZING army called innocence lost, and there aspiring champions, had both a power claw and a sound blaster, but sound blaster is a two handed weapon right?
Is this legal?
Could it be a havoc?
if so how many points would an aspiring champion like this cost? and is it worth it?
Yes it's legal, he has one single handed weapon and one two handed weapon, the maximum you can carry.
The aspiring champion would be 52 points with the equipment you list. Quite worth it I think, with 2 bolter shots at 24" at all times and 3 power fist attacks on the charge.
And yes, it could be a Havoc champion.
Ze titles yez...
When in doubt,

Hmm there hgave been a number of recent slanesh armies featured in WD, the AC cost would varry as some took squads of 6 (Slaneshes number) which makes the AC upgrade cost dissapear
Otherwise - yes it is legal
Everything you have been told is a lie!
