i've done a search that turned up nothing involving walkers and this rule... the "Suffer not the Alien to live" in the SM Codexx states that all non vehicle unit can take the preferred enemy skill. but what about walkers? they're classed as a vehicle for calculating VP's but they have a WS unlike most other vehicles!
can anyone clear this up for me plz?
Theyre still vehicles I believe. Just a vehicle with a weapon skill.
Thats just the unbiased opinion from someone who hasnt really read your codex though. :rofl
"But courage which goes against military expediency is stupidity..."
They're still vehicles, same way that fast vehicles are still vehicles (even though most aren't fast) and skimmers are still vehicles (even though most vehicles aren't). Unless there's some special rule specifically allowing walkers to take this skill (which, to my memory, there isn't) they can't.
