Some might consider me mad, but i actually have interest in adding a marauder destroyer in my Ig army at a point. for apocalypse and such. all other fliers i have interest in are fighter hunters as their weapons are forward mounted.
I have a question about the movement of fliers. On the site of GW in an article about flier tactica they totally mess up their previous ruling of minimum of 36 inch movement. in that article they mention making a loop of sufficient length will count as the movement and the aircraft can pretty much return to its original point. or did i miss something about it being in several turns?
I have a question on what weapons can fire when. if you look it up, you see that the marauder has forward and backwards oriented weaponry, and a turret. as i move first and shoot then, i am confused abut which weapon may fire and so.
May all weapons fire on a target ? or are the turret and aft aimed weapon only useful in a limited situation when one target has slipped away or is destroyed before the flier got the chance to shoot. Or may they fire at different targets.
The turret, is that considered pintle mounted so an aa mount?
thanks for any answers.
no one who knows the answers to the questions?
The Apocalypse book has all new rules for fliers. They MUST move a minimum of 36" from where they previously were. Straight line. The book mentions nothing about looping.
Edit: Oh, and you did miss the part in the article where the "loops" and "zig-zags" were referring to several turns of movement.

as above -the back to the orrigional point was on about several turns of moving
as to targeting, look a tthe modle, clearly the aut cannon are fixed forwards, the assault cannon are on a rear turret, the missiles are fixed forwards and bombs have their own rule set in the appoc rulebook
Everything you have been told is a lie!
