Dont know if this is where it belongs or not but...
I was watching a game between an orc player and a SM player and had some questons about the ork wagh.
1. how many turns dose it last. I have my own book and I looked it up in and it says it only last for one turn but he said his lasted for 2 turns.
2. Are there any bonuses to attacks during the wagh. He was saying that his guys gained an extra attack for fighting on the wagh. (example Slugga boy 2base+1for pistol CC weapon+1for charge+1for fighting on wagh=5 attacks.
Again i have checked my own orc codex and can find answers for these. I thought it was maby because he had Gazgul but his wagh replaces the normal one and the only extra attacks are the +2A he and only he gets from charging. I'd just like to be able to make sure i know if he's pulling a fast one befor i get to play him.
I know that ghazkull gets 2 bonus attacks on the charge, but I think tahts always, not just when waaaagh is happening, it says in the ork codex on the ghazkull page something along the lines of "waaaagh may be used instead of shooting and it follows on into the next turn" the way I read this is he basically gets 2 waaaagh... but knowing 40k rules, this can't be right, and probably just hard to inteprete most of the stuff they put in those books.
but I'm sure no one but ghaz can get the 2+ attack for charging instead of just 1+
hope that helps, you'll find what I mean on the ghazkull page of the codex.
I don't have the ork book, so I can't shed much light on this one. However, a simple solution could be to put the onus on your opponent and ask him to show you where in the codex/rulebook it states that he gets these abilities.
As far as the two turn Waaagh is concerned, could it refer to the next player turn? As in, Player 1 shouts "Waaaaaaaaaaggggghhhh!" and gets the relevant bonuses both in his turn and in Player 2s upcoming turn. Wouldn't make sense if it's just bonus movement, byt maybe there are other benefits that I'm not aware of.
Put the box on the table by the window in the kitchen.
Regarding the duration, I believe you can get the WAAAAAGGGHHH!! effect from wierdboyz as well, so that could be why he had two turns of extra movement. Just a thought =).

If you're intruiged by doctors who are also ninjas, then this is the webcomic for you!
The Waaagh rule is clear that you only get the benefit once during the game via the warboss (even Ghazghkull).
Weirdboyz can grant you more, but that's random and not at the discretion of the player.
Having an army and not owning a rulebook is like owning a car with no steering wheel.Originally Posted by amishcellphone
Weirdboyz also have an effect they can use to give the squad they're with an extra attack, too. Sounds like he's got a weirdboy getting lucky on random powers.
