On the Gray Knight special rules (and any other unit who are fearless), it clearly states (p8 daemonhunter codex) that all Gray Knights are fearless and "passes all morale tests, even if failure is automatic".
On the Necron Deciever special rules (p30 necron codex) it says on his "decieve" special power that it forces a morale or pinning test "even if they would normally pass such a test automaticly"
So, how the hell should I read the rules, contrarian to say the least...

Deceiver ability affects Fearless models. This is clarified in the Necron FAQ...
Chapter Approved FAQs, bottom page, pdf format. Remember to check the erratas as well.
At the very least I suggest You read the Rulebook Clarifications, and any FAQ and Errata pertaining to Your own army.
